Absolutely horrible! Went there at 9pm on a Saturday night it was a ghost town. Second I had to repeat my order 4 times before he understood me, then I have to wait 10 minutes to even get my food(remember Im the only one in this place drive thru and dining area). Finally I get my food I got a diet coke instead of a coke, I get home which is 5 minutes away both chicken sandwiches were cold and globbed with mayo and a huge hunk of lettuce I couldnt even bite through. Then I go to eat my triple whopper which had 1 stripe of bacon btw, I asked for no tomato Im allergic tomato was on there, them to top it off there was a piece of plastic in it which I took a picture of. I was beyond disgusted and decided to call. I called them twice the 1st time I called no one answered the second time I called I could hear people in the background and was hung up on. Now I finally got through the next morning and recieved a full refund, but honestly I think more should have been done for all of that hassle esp the plastic in my food. Im an executive chef for a living and if I worked here Id have an entire new crew including the manager because obviously there is no leadership and or motivation. I understand you work at burger King but have pride in what you do or do something else bc until things change I will not be returning to this establishment.

The late night staff deserve the $15 they should be earning. I dont eat fast food but my SO needed a cheat meal and I hadnt whipped up anything meaty so Burger King it is. Sweetest people ever. Really made my night after having worked a 16 hour day. Thank you Burger King in Doylestown. Next will be an email to corporate just letting them know they have really awesome employees in working hard for their company.

I usually dont go out for fast food, but had to today. I ordered a Whopper, no ketchup and no onions, add mustard. I got a Whopper with nothing but meat, bread, and ketchup. . . .If it had a least lettuce and tomato, etc., it wouldnt have been so bad. I didnt notice until I got way down the highway, so could not take back. In the scheme of things, its not a big deal, but this is not rocket science.

Repeated my order 3 times, argued with me on what I ordered and told the drive thru person exactly what the sign said. A number 11 crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese is not a number 12 grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and BBQ sauce even though he insisted they were the same thing. At the end of the order the drive thru person changed my coke to a Dr. Pepper and told me to pull forward.

Consistently the worst drive through I have ever experienced. 30% of my orders are missing items, have wrong items, or have items i didnt order. Even the food is poor which is saying a lot as BK standards are low to start with! Drive down the street to Wendys, or take the extra 3 mile trip to Chick Filet where you never have any issues!

Compared to other Burger Kings Ive eaten at, this one is below average. The chicken sandwich felt dry and lacked sauce. Fries were OK. --3.0 stars
