The ONLY thing keeping this Manhattan Bagel location from five stars is that it seems to take ten minutes minimum for your food. Now I understand and appreciate that everything is cooked fresh on a griddle and not microwaved, but there doesnt seem to be a dedicated grill person to speed things up. Most, if not all, the workers behind the counter are teenagers and sometimes it takes a minute or two to get your order taken. Other than that, if Im getting breakfast out I come here. Its well worth the wait. The food is delicious and theyve never gotten any of my orders messed up. The coffee is great too, I always get the Hazelnut Mocha Latte. I cant say anything about their lunch because Ive never tried it. The inside is clean and usually half full and bustling and there is some outside seating.

Have tried this location several times, but the service is soooo slowww. The problem is that there is no dedicated grill person, so it takes 10 minutes to get what you ordered. Plus, there is no slip system, so the customer is counted on to recite their order to the cashier, who on this day this last Saturday morning was the Baker. All if this is easy to fix, but its been this way for years.

FOOD IS GOOD - THE ONE GUY UPFRONT WHO RUNS REGISTER SUCKS. HE IS TALL SKINNY AND HAS DARK HAIR. INCOMPETENT FOOL. THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE GOOD. TOO BAD ONE RUINS IT FOR EVERYONE. I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I CALLED MANAGEMENT AND THEY AGREED WHAT HAPPEND TO ME WAS REDICULOUS. IM NOT GONNA GET INTO THAT STORY NOW THOUGH.

Good bagels and great breakfast sandwiches. Sometimes the staff can get overwhelmed. Probably because the majority of the employees are very young teenagers, whom the manager always seems to have a problem with. But they manage and they havent gotten an order of mine wrong yet!

Have tried to call there many times to place orders. When they ever do answer the phone they put you on hold. When you finally get through they are to busy to take your order, hanging up on me. WORST customer service ever. Will NEVER go there again. Not even worthy of one star

Bagels are delicious. No public WiFi is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, but maybe we should all just concentrate on eating or the company with us
