I would also leave a zero if I could. When we sat down the people next to us were waiting for their food. When there food came out they forgot her daughters toast. So when she finally got someones attention to tell them she waited probably 10 min for the toast to come out without butter. She got someones attention and they went to get butter then the manager came and checked the table so she took the toast and said it would be cold. So then one waitress brought toast and another one brought butter. So then my food comes and magically no toast so I get the waitress attention she says no problem. She goes in the back for about 10 min comes out and says it will be done in a few min. Last time I checked toast only takes a min or two. So close to 20 min later my toast comes out and what do you know no butter on it. The lady beside us thankfully still had the extra butter from her daughters toast and said it looks like you need this. So then the waitress asks us if we want refills my daughter says no but I said Ill take another coke. 15 min later she brings us the bill needless to say Im still waiting for my drink. I dont think Ill be back it was a terrible experience. Maybe they should have held the opening back a month or two to properly train their employees.

The worst experience. I get that they just opened but to wait almost 45min. to be seated when there were multiple tables opened. Then, when were seated, it took almost 30 minutes more to get our order, so we ordered our drinks and meal. Waited another 45 minutes to get our food, which was cold. We specifically said, no onions on the omelet burger and yet there were more onions then egg, to the point that they were falling from the sandwich. Then we had to wait yet another 10 minute for ketchup that we had to finally ask another server for it. Finally, our server Will. Was unable helpful the whole time. Chatting in the kitchen. Other servers were doing his job. Then anytime we looked for him he was leaving against the kitchen wall chatting up coworkers. At the end of the whole experience we tipped the waitress that was helping us. I didnt get to catch her name. But she was truly one of the few actually keep up with not only her tables but others as well. I think it will be a LONG time till we go back. Or Ill take the trip to mays landing and by pass the whole ordeal all together.

Id leave a zero if I could. HORRIBLE experience. Id talk about the horrible food and waiting time but the problem is the management. They train these kids for two weeks and throw them in without guidance. The managers openly yell at and disrespect the staff literally to tears. Its awful to witness. The poor waitresses apologizing continually with no support. You can see the kitchen from the tables so you can witness the gross mismanagement and handling of the orders. When we were there the manager was trying to expadite and it was caos. As far as understanding the restaurant business, Ive opened many restaurants and this was the most horrible Ive ever witnessed. They are now firing the kids, blaming them for their own shortcomings in training their staff properly. I only hope that these kids will not have trouble finding other jobs or be jaded to the food industry.

This is honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. I work in the food industry so I understand that sometimes the wait is a little long when the kitchen is backed up but this was horrible. Me and my friend decided to try it and we went to get breakfast, we waited for over an hour just to get our food after we ordered. The waitress did not come back to check on us the whole wait, nor did she offer us refills on our drinks. Both of our meals came out wrong and than we had to wait for them to fix it which was an extra 20 minutes. I also ordered a takeout meal, which also came out wrong and then they tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. They didnt offer any discount and barely apologized. I am so baffled that a restaurant could be this terrible. If I wasnt a person that worked in this industry I honestly would have gotten up and left.

Food was good, but i felt a bit rushed. My girlfriend and i came here for breakfast and this was my first experience here. Not even half way through our food out waitress hands us the bill. The bill was printed for 9:40am and we left at 9:54am. In those 14 minutes our waitress never came back to check on us. On top of it all i asked for one cup of coffee, she brings back a cup, and as im mixing my coffee proceeds to tell me that she has to charge me for a pot of coffee for one cup. As we where leaving the landscape around the front of the building near the front door, and yes i mean this litteraly, it smelt like garbage. I will return in the future so i can hopefully see thay they have read this and can improve them selfs. Till than i bid you a good bye.

I over heard an older man yelling and screaming at my waitress, he threatened to fire her if she did not put her drinks in first. I found him to be a rude bastard later to find out he is the owner the young lady is only 16 and for him to disrespect her and make her cry is ridiculous I dont intend on coming back to IHOP in Vineland ever again to come to a restaurant where the owner does not even respect the workers there is sad I felt so bad for Mariah I hope she finds a better job somewhere where she doesnt have to deal with the harassment and disrespect of that man. I left her a great tip I hope she will spend it wisely

This place is a great place for the younger population to get into the working environment. They give kids with no experience the opportunity and train them. Its very hard for the young to find jobs today due to the rough economy. I have been here a few times, the first visit was slow service but the restaurant just opened, my food was great. Lines were out the door. Newly trained staff and had the pressure of Black Friday lines. The second visit was much better. The bus boys deserve to get half the tips. They help with clean-up and additional requests from customers. Everyone is friendly and does a great job.

This is my fourth time at the place, for what I see they started ok. But for what I see during this visit the service is declining, we came in waited about 6 minutes before any body came to the table and took the order. Not as before that they come and ask what you want to drink and then come for the food order. When I ask about the drinks thats when they came about another 7 minutes after we placed the order and still it was wrong in that at no point we asked for water and some how a glass of water ended on the table. Well back to the IHOP THATS ON MAYSLANDING.
