The first time we ate here the service was great and the food was just as good as the service thought we had found a good place to bring our family and friends to eat ,, a month later we brought other family members here on Halloween morning 10/31/15 the service was horrible and the food was even worse . there were 5 of us and only 1 meal was right the rest was nasty as are waitress , dressed as A referee !!! . The pancakes taste like they mix the batter in dirty laundry water and the eggs were suppose to over medium came out fried hard ... And so on ...I can be here for a month and go on but cant get any worse than what I put here. Ps I dont like posted bad thing about peoples business but since the manager was so content on charging me for my bacon I figured what the hack!!!!!

The diner seems to be clean and for the most part the staff is friendly. I have clients that are local so I stop here often. I am not a huge fan of diner food as for the most part the food is generally sub-par. This diner I would rate as my favorite of the local area. The burgers are tasty, the fries are cook well and one of my favorites, I enjoy the free cup of soup with any eat-in meal. I also enjoy their french dip sandwich, the garlicky toasted roll it is served on adds a nice flavor to the sandwich. My husband enjoys their breakfast options and he also likes their meatloaf although I am not a fan. If you are looking for decent diner food at reasonable pricing with generally fast service I would recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

This was my first time back in a few years and the experience was not great. It wasnt busy and the food came quick, but the quality was poor. My mother ordered the seafood bisque which was lukewarm and our waiter never took our dishes or came for refills. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu panini and "disco fries". The panini was dry and bland and came with the wrong sauce while the fries were a joke, with warm gravy and two slices of American cheese. It was not a nice presentation and did not taste well at all. When we told the receptionist, we were brushed off as though our input and opinion meant nothing. This experience has turned me off from the place and I wont be back anytime soon if ever.

Im still shocked honestly. no words can describe how un professional and non helpful their customer service is. I ordered a large orange juice with my take out meal and she gives me a large cup with not even half of orange juice in it.! Considering the orange juice was almost 4 dollars I said something to the woman at the register. She said if I wanted my cup full she would have to charge me again!!!! I was shocked that this was the answer I received and took my food and left. It was no help that I felt intimidated being the only Spanish person there and felt as if I was being treated differently. I would not recommend going here and will not return again.

Weve been regular customers at Park Place for the past 3 yrs. We go at least once a week. It was good and the waitress (Charlotte) was VERY nice. The service the past month has been absolutely horrendous. The waitress we had yesterday was slow, very snippy and rude. The man busing the tables must HATE his job. Clearing the tables, I sat for an hour listening and watching him throw with force, the plates, glasses and utensils into the bins. Very unsatisfied with the entire meal. I couldnt wait to get out of there. Sorry Louie, but we WONT be back. You lost customers !!!

I had high expectations, this diner was on some list of best diners in PA or something like that. For me it was an average diner, we had breakfast and the food and cost was all very average for any diner. We did have horrible service. Our food was brought out in stages, when they were intended to be eaten together. We had to ask about certain this we ordered that werent delivered. Our drinks werent refilled, our waitress walked by us looking miserable multiple times. It wasnt a great over all experience.

1 time I order a chicken dijon wrap loved it! Since then I have ordered this twice, both times I ordered after the first there was no dijon sauce on there. So I asked for a box. At the time of cash out the manager asked how everything was and I told him about my experience and showed him my wrap without any sauce. he apologized and said that he would say something cook. Though he did not do anything for me other than apologize. However staff was great and we got our food in a timely manner.

Classic Greek family diner in the heart of PA Dutch country. Everything there is to love about these types of diners exists at this location. If youre looking to fill up with hearty portions from an extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, this is the place to stop in the area. Locals are plentiful in the dining area, and make the experience that much better. The wait staff and management were appropriately friendly, but not overly so.

We are locals, and eat here very often. The breakfasts - served all day, by the way (and the breakfast servers - Donna, Charlotte, Dawn, etc.) are top rate. Lunches are good - With overstuffed sandwiches, wraps and great half pound burgers, served with a cup of soup, fries, slaw and a pickle are great! Dinners are good, solid diner food, with some interesting specials. Try it, youll like it!

Its a diner with a huge menu! If you know diners, you know that everything isnt great, but when you do find what they are noted for, you can be pleased consistantly! Their broth soups are great, eggs benedict are yummy, the cheesesteak club sandwich is fabulous; just to mention a few things I like. Its handy with good service and they really do aim to please!

I used to come here when it was Zinns. Loved it then. Now, not so much. I ordered a crab cake sandwich and a cup of cream of chicken soup. The soup was really good! The crab cake...not so much. Lots of filler. My companion ordered chicken croquettes, all filler, no chicken. For some reason people were waiting in line to eat here. It was average.

Breakfast manager needs customer service training. Hostess told us one reason why we were not getting waited on. That there was a mix up. Manager smartly said several times that have other customers ahead of you. Need to get their story straight. Sat for over ten minutes with no one saying a word to us. Will we go back..........

Was not impressed. The chicken parm. Sandwich was so thin it was like strings. The corn bread didnt have much flavor and the dinner rolls were so hard they should warm them up before serving them. Our waiter took forever just to get us refills. It was not very good.
