I had a party of two. We were seated immediately. We looked at the menu for 10 minutes and then we were ready to order although no one had presented themselves. Another 20 minutes goes by and my 2 year old is saying shes hungry and Im trying to be patient with them so I tell her to hold on. Finally, a woman across from us asks is weve been waited on and I said not yet. An employee heard our conversation and got us our drinks, but our waiter still hadnt shown up. About 45 minutes in our waitress finally shows up and takes our order. We wait another 30 minutes to receive our food and by this time my 2 year old is begging for them to bring out the food. The cook, not our waitress, brings the food out and get this-- he only brings mine out! Not my 2 year olds-- mine. We wait another few minutes for the to bring out her food. Our waitress is still no where to be found. After were done eating she shows up to drop of the bill and give excuses. Not to apologize. BUT GET THIS: We head to the front to pay and the hostess asks "How was it?" I reply "Terrible, to be honest." She continues to smile at me and say "Okay." I would not go here if it were the only restaurant in America. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Update 9/9/14. After doing reviews and speaking to the manager. They have fixed many things. I have not gotten any bacon that looked like the one I put in the picture. The service has gotten a lot better and quicker. Price is normal. If you are on a budget, dont add any more extra stuff. Do the surveys on the receipt. They do look into any problems you had and try to improve. They are a restaurant they have their limits. Beside. You get free drink or a short stack free. Update 8/5/14. They have gotten alot better on getting the food right. I go there 1 or twice a week. Love the waffle. Bacon is a fail, so small. I will try to put a picture in. If you find anything wrong please do not hesitate to tell them. They are happy to take care of that for you. Went there a few times. It was a very long wait. I understand that they just open up. I used to like IHOP about the 15 to 10 years ago. Now everything kind of not the same. The food is not as WOW. I rather just go to Cracker Barrel down the block. Their environment is friendlier and their food tastes much better. Both Cracker Barrel and I hope has about the same price. But I hop is a little bit more.

Are party of 2 waited for about 10 minutes to be seated when it was not busy at all. The lady that was walking around the front desk doing other stuff did not seem to care that we were waiting. When another waitress mentioned to her about seating us the other lady said we dont have any clean tables but I dont care right now, this night has gone sour fast. Once we were seated( at a booth with a duck taped out seat) our wait for drinks and then eventually food wasnt terrible but was certainly not good at all, I work as a short order cook and can have ticket times at 10 minutes when I am slammed, also our order was just a burger and pancakes. Once our order was taken the waitress disappeared. Once our food arrived the pancakes did not come with the bacon that was order with them, so after our waitress returned after 30 minutes I asked for the bacon and I was brought out 2 little burnt strips of awful bacon. Also at that time she asked me for a refill, where I answered yes mam, but I didnt get the refill until 25 minutes later. In all I am not impressed and will not be returning.

Walked into the fridge... Wait, sorry i mean Ihop and the first thing my girlfriend and I noticed was how freaking cold it was in there. We got sat as soon as we walked in and we saw people sitting near us with their hands in their shirts, and even another couple sharing one sweatshirt. While we sat there freezing our butts off, nobody came to ask us for a drink order. After roughly 15 minutes we were debating just getting up and leaving for another restaurant. As soon as we were about to get up a gentlemen noticed us waiting for so long and decided to "Fill in" for our server that was apparently non-existant. He took our drink orders (2 waters and 1 coffee) then came back 10 minutes later with 2 waters. At this point we waited another five minutes and then decided to say screw it and go to Applebees. Never going back to that IHOP, or should I say... Fridge.

The food here has always been good but we recently experienced very poor service. We were sat at our table with our 2 hungry kids and never greeted by our waiter/waitress for 15 minutes. Finally I had to go up to the hostess and ask if we were going to be helped. She went and talked to the waitress who apparently did not know she had our table even though she had all the tables around us. Very strange. After all that our food took a very long time to come out and with 2 hungry kids this was not a pleasant experience. Waiting is hard when you are 2 and 4! Our food finally came out but they had forgotten my 4 year olds meal completely! So he had to wait while the rest of us had our food for his food to come out! We talked to a manager afterwards and told them our experience and they were very nice and thanked us for letting them know.

This had to have been one of the worst dining out experiences Ive had in awhile. Wife ordered an omlette that included hashbrowns in the omelette it and specifically ordered it with no hashbrowns as her diet doesnt allow her carb loaded foods like potatoes. The omlette still had the hashbrowns in it despite me attempting to make sure the waitstaff understood that she didnt want the hashbrowns in said omelette. I ordered the bacon temptation omelette and was also dissapointed as there was virtually no filling to be had in either my own omelette or hers. We ran out of coffee and were never asked for refills, and I never got the side that is supposed to come with the omelette breakfast. Very dissapointed as this is the second bad experiebce weve had there, we arent going back.

I stopped in and was hardly greeted, pretty empty considering all the traffic outside. I was given two menus and then the girl walked away, when she finally came back she asked if I needed more time, and finally asked if I needed a drink, I asked for coffee and coffee I got, but no spoon or napkin. I finally ordered a soup and when that came out she asked if I needed anything and I said a spoon, she said there is one beside the soup bowl, I said how about a napkin? and she brought me one but never a spoon for the coffee, I guess I needed to ask...lol. In the time I was waiting two different customers were asked to cash out but told to stay, so the waitress could leave, kind of rude I thought. The soup absoutely sucked for $5. and barely a bowls worth.
