First this bk always messes up something. Whether or not its the food or the service. The services has gotten better since the remodeling but sadly the food has gotten worse. I just got food from there I love 5 mins away if that. I get home and my onion rings are cold and old so old my dog wouldnt even eat them. My burger has hardly any ketchup or mustard and the "bacon" the sliver of old crap is really what I should call it is barley visible the burger party is dark brown and crusty around the edges and the bun is also hard around the edges, like they put it through the warmer and let it sit for ten mins until they finally had a customer to give it to. The nuggets I PAID for were as well old. I broke the nugget in half and it was so old and crunchy that the inside of the nugget was pretty much dried up crust. I understand that I came there a hour before closing but I still paid just like the person that came at lunch time no matter what time anyone comes there they should always get fresh hot food since thats what they are paying for. You would think that if your coming later the food should be cooked to order specially a hour before closing, to ensure food is hot and fresh, but also to control your food cost by monitoring waste.The food that I just paid for isnt even edible. I worked in fast food for 5 years as a manager and this is really embarrassing for your business and the training that the employees have to go through. Im not much for complaining specially about a fast food place because I worked in it for years and I know what its like to be on the other side and trying to get closed up and home but this is just ridiculous. If the business would answer the phone I wouldnt be putting my complaint on your website so everyone that Googles your business sees negative feedback, but since you guys dont wanna answer you get my rant through this review along with anyone else who is thinking about stopping in for some food.

If you have eaten at one BK you know what the food is like. The only distinguishing item is service which had deteriorated for a while at this restaurant, but it seems to have gotten better. For a while they were getting stingy with the ketchup, but they are now making available again.

Ok for what it is. Staff vocally judgemental about the amount of food I ordered (for 4 people). I guess she thought I was going to eat it all. Would be 4 stars if not for super rude cashier.
