This place is a total dump with slow rude mostly black people working there. The manage is the only exception who gave me a ton of free food one time without even asking because my onion rings took 10 minutes to make. If you want your order screwed up, this is the place. There was one time I went through the drive through and asked for a small whopper meal with onion rings and no cheese. The attendant replied, "The onion rings dont come with cheese". I then restate my order explaining I dont want cheese on my Whopper. She give me my total and I pull to the window to get my food. When I get my bag I look inside and there are fries, not onion rings. I say to the cashier I did not order these and she insists I did. She even starts yelling at me for changing my order after the food has been given to me. It was so bad at this location I would complain about my order getting screwed up weekly as I only go once a week. Since then this location has gotten a bit better, its moved up to 1 star. Unless you live 5 minutes from this location like I do, just avoid this place

The inside of this location is in real need of a makeover. Its very old looking and depressing inside even on sunny days. The employees ALWAYS act like they would rather be doing something elsewhere instead of waiting on the customers. They spend more time talking about quitting time when they should be working. Today my 6 yr old and I came in with coupons. Sharon employee #395989 snatched the coupons from me and then after typing it up closed out the order without asking if we wanted anything else. When I attempted to order chocolate milk for my son she wanted me to first pay for the meals because it would be "easier" for her. When I explained I was using a charge and didnt want to separate the orders she said "then I guess Ill have to redo the whole order", sucked her teeth and began aggressively typing up the order again. Ridiculous!

Service has always been friendly (the rude back people comment was BS, maybe to stuck up condescending jerks) but I always have to check to be sure I got the cheese I paid almost a dollar for. BK food is always good. Subtracted a star because they dont have mustard (WTF).

On day of my visit, broiler was down. No burgers at a Burger King??? Also, restaurant was somewhat dingy...windows needed a good washing, & place needs new paint. On the plus side, fries were piping hot!

Ive been to this restaurant twice, its dirty, damaged walls, kitchen area with garbage all over the floor and the food was dried out both times and bad tasting both times.
