I went to BurgerFi during the World Meeting of Families Conference at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, a convention of 20,000 Catholic Families from around the world. And this was across the street with everyone having a lunch break at the same time. As you can imagine, it was beyond packed being one of the closest restaurants to the convention center. The lines were very long and slow, as customers were not familiar with the menu. Once I was able to order, it took a long time for the food to arrive, and then trying to walk back through the packed restaurant with a tray of food was not the easiest task. However, the food was great, very tasty and juicy burger that was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. My daughters hotdog was also very good and juicy, all beef. The fries were more than the two of us could finish and were nice and hot and perfectly cooked (five guys like). The milk shake was nice and think, but easy to get through the think straw. I was so happy with my food, a few days later when I was in the area walking to see Pope Francis on the Ben Franklin Parkway, I stopped there with my wife. We were running late (having come from seeing the Pope on Liberty Mall), so the restaurant was mostly empty since Philly had closed all the streets and most people were already on the parkway. We had fast service this time, but the same great tasting food. This time we both got burgers and just fries, no shake. Not having the kid, I got the spicy fries and they were also great, burger again was nice and hot, perfectly seasoned and cooked and juicy. Highly recommend this place for the nicer burger, fries and shakes places. Id say this night be my favorite, but Id need another visit under normal circumstances to evaluate service. But food is to notch!

COMPLAINT: On my girlfriends birthday, we went to your Philly location for lunch, and your employee overcharged our credit card by $10.00. The manager assured us the money would be credited back to our account within 3-5 business days. In fact, the money was never credited back. After not properly receiving our money as promised, we called the restaurant and we were again promised, by the manager, that the issue would be resolved within a day or two. Nevertheless, your company again failed to credit the money it had improperly taken from our account. When we followed up a third, fourth, and fifth time, we were either hung up on, promised a call back from the general manager without ever receiving a call back, or met with groans and sighs by the unprofessional employees on the other end of the telephone. It appears your company is too incompetent to issue simple credit card refunds when a customer is overcharged. Not only was this experience extremely inconvenient, but also very insulting. When your employees were unable and/or unwilling to figure out how to refund our money, they simply gave up. Apparently our business is not important to you, so we will never be coming back. The employees at this restaurant are criminally incompetent. Do not eat here unless you fancy developing a stress-related stomach ulcer after dealing with the sheer idiocy of its employees, including managers and general manager.

We arrived in Philly on Monday and almost every night we ate at BurgerFi. We were surrounded by so many different choices for dinner but kept coming back to BurgerFi. The staff was friendly, Jeremy and Shandae hooked us up every night with amazing burgers, fries, and concretes. The prices are reasonable and food is delicious. Want to know the best part? The Froot Loop Martini that the fantastic bartender made for me Wednesday and Thursday night. When I head back to Philly and stay at the Hilton H2, I will also walk next door to BurgerFi. Oh, and as for the other reviews that say the service is slow. Do you realize that they cook the burger to order and it isnt sitting under a heat warmer. If you want fast food, cheap combos, fast service, and crappy burgers go to McDs or BK. Also, if the employee is on their cell phone or talking to a co-worker, so what. Are you telling me you never used your cell phone at work or conversed with an employee? Some people live to complain and leave negative feedback.

During our visit to philadelphia we stop into the burger Fi because we didnt want to wait an hour to be seated at chillis. What ended up happening is that we experienced an hour wait time for our food. Everyone who had ordered behind us had their food and they were eating already, we spent a total of $50.00 and the place couldnt even give us a penny back for our wait. I understand the food business as I own my own. But I try to make my customers experience better if we messed up. They argued with us saying it wasnt that long when it clearly said 1:35pm on my ticket and it was 2:15pm and still no sign of my food. Place is horrible dont come here it was the worst experience I have ever had. They are lucky I dont blast this all over my facebook. The only reason they have one star is I cant put none. to make matters worst we were auditioning for family fued and were late because of them. BEWARE!!!

The customer service here is like meeting a prison inmate for the first time-- your just trying to make it out alive... Claiming that this corporate cest pool is achieving success by such low quality ratings would be a total lie. They really are low cost employees who dont have a care in the world. I asked the manager Mike if i could get a tray as i wanted to eat in , he looked up as if i was stupid and replied, " heres your bag of food, go sit down. you dont need a tray to eat".... The food is ok but it takes 45 minutes to get your order. Dont bother trying to speak a language to the people working there , however. I was really taken aback by theyre nourishing customer care at this point. Ahh the life of a mcdonalds equivalent neanderthal attempting to make food for humans.

visiting philly for the weekend for the first time. came here because reading terminal market was closing. this place has a nice vibe. i immediately knew any burger i got off the menu was going to be good. i got the ceo burger & cheese fries (which i love) the burger was just the right size and so delicious!! i loved the bacon jam & the cheese they put on it. some of the fries were extremely thicker than usual. but i was out of cheese sauce and too full to care at this point. great service and great atmosphere. i regret not getting a shake. also it was cool how they branded the logo on top of the burger bun!!! this burger was really good and this is coming from someone who works at a gourmet burger place back home! definitely a restaurant to consider

I got to experience this on a Friday around 2pm. There was almost nobody in the place except for a few business men, and volleyball players. The cashier was super fun and nice. She complimented my outfit, which was very thoughtful of her. I ordered the All Day Breakfast Burger...SOOOO GOOD. Didnt order fries, too much food for the cost. But thats ok because I dont think I couldve eaten everything. The burger was a single patty of grass fed angus beef, American cheese, an egg, bacon, a little bit of sriracha, comes with onions but I got it workout, and maple syrup. Yum! Almost worth the price, but I guess its an experience...and its also in a major city. I did notice they had a bar, but obviously didnt use it.
