From top down this place added significant amounts of stress to my wife and child. They came in at 8:20 and were met with rudeness and staff members unwilling to help, from the hostess to the wait staff. My son, just wanted a muffin before he had to get to school 30 minutes later and they ended up being told "we cant help" and "there are so many people ahead of you..." multiple times, but thirty minutes past and still no muffin! Mind you, it was an already-made muffin!!!! My wife had to get a manager to help get the muffins and pay the bill in a rush cause my son needed to get to school. It was a couple muffins and milk!!!!!!!! How hard is this!!!???!!! This points to the place being understaffed and having stressed out workers that cannot handle a simple request! And management that needs to train their hostess better!!!! Avoid!!!

I have always been a customer at this restaurant for about two years. Love the food and service but the blonde hair woman with glasses by the cash register who answers the phone has a terrible attitude..Even before the place was under construction she was always rude in person and on the phone... its a shame because I liked the food and friendly waiters there but the lady needs a happy pill. lost customer :(

The hostess is horrible...the first time she was rude to my handicapped mother....second time rude and eye rolling to my children. My dad wanted to try it there yesterday, we ended up walking out. The atmosphere and food is gteat...the staff needs to be reconstructed. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because it wouldnt let me give 0. Went to the Turn Inn. 5 star for sure!

Weve been here twice, both times around 1:30 PM. Slow service, wrong food brought out, even slower service to get it right. Lukewarm coffee. The Turn In restaurant up the street is a far better place for a nice meal and quick, friendly, efficient service.

Ok food but service is so slow.. was here for an hour and half of it was waiting for food just for my significant other and I.. had to wait about 20 minutes just for dessert.. ive definitely been to better diners before.

Dinner was tasty haddock and ny strip. Ordered prime rib first. They seved it cold in the center but it was med. They reheated they keep it cold then heat it in broth fat was still cold in the center under 45f.

Food was not good wait staff was under staffed and overwhelmed. One was complaining to another customer she was tired and already worked 12 hrs. I think the owners put their staff in a bad position.

Great lunch special - $5.00 smoked pulled pork sandwich with fries. They had other choices for five bucks. The menu seems varied. This is not a late-night diner. Stop by and enjoy the local color.
