I visited this steakhouse several times, usually ordering coconut shrimp. Awhile back they had a coconut lobster on menu, which was to die for. When special was dropped from menu I ordered it special, waitress said no problem. I paid over $22.00 for it each time. Last visit I asked waitress for it and she took my order but came back to table telling me the cook could not or would not do it. Disappointed but understood. I order one single lobster instead which was $10.99 ,ordered it grilled. Came out a rubber mess !!!! Could not even chew it !!!! Nasty..I told waitress but she shrugged it off. WILL NOT GO BACK !!! I even told waitress that. So they lose one customer...big deal, right? The lost two...my husband and I and all the friends I told ! Soon you will see this place close too. Accomadate your customers for gosh sakes, I was paying over $22 for the lobster !!!!! Goodbye Outback !!!!! ps my husband prime rib was a mess too..He hated it...lots of fat !

Food is always corporate, not very sanitary but corporate/ good on the senses, hard on the wallet. Every time I go here; I mean every time the service is the worst. Its not their fault because the place is almost always poorly managed; that being said, most of the servers there are still idiots just for being there as long as they have. The whole staff makes me not want to go to the place; theyre disgusting and pretentious. Anybody that goes here deserves the food poisoning or Hepatitis C they will get. If you do go; all you have to do is complain and and youll get a free gift card to come back and deal with this disgusting staff. Stay away. Id bet most of the good reviews on here are written by there own staff; chances are when a persons name is mentioned in a review they wrote it themselves.

We were very happy with our experience tonight. I dont usually go out of my way to make compliments or complaints. First they were out of the pork tenderloin, so the manager came out and told us he would give us our bloomin onion for free. He was very nice, I think his name was Brian. And then the teriyaki medallions were too salty, and so he gave us ribs for free. Im not the kind of person who tries to get stuff for free. This guy is dedicated to making the customer happy. Usually people dont go out of their way to be so nice to a group of four young adults. Our waitress was Tracy. She was extremely nice and attentative. Hats off to both of them.

My first time and will definitely be my last time. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. The place was empty. There were 4 tables at the time we were seated. (There were 3 other waiters and waitresses to boot) So it was not like she was busy. It took the waitress 10 minutes atleast to come to our table. Drinks were not offered at time of seating. We ordered the "Famous Blooming Onion" and chicken quesadillas. Our quesadillas were good. However the Bloomin Onion was over fried and very salty. The service was very poor and unfortunately I will never visit that restaurant again.

Service was terrible, employees were talking amongst themselves completely oblivious of me seated at a table not to far from them waiting for my order to be taken. Not to mention I expected my steak to be a lot more satisfying , yet I was brought a room temperature sirloin which ruined the rest of the dish. All in all I highly recommend you disregard any future trips to this restaurant , youd find better quality steak going to Walmart and grilling yourself.

I bought an ahi tuna salad. The ahi tuna was delicious, however the salad was just iceberg lettuce and oil. I complained and received a dish of "toppings"--four slices of red pepper, a dime size pinch of cilantro and another cup of oil. Not even close to adequate. This was the first time Ive ever salted a salad. I realize salads in restaurants operate on like 300% markups, but this was just outrageous. Dont try to save on veggies, Outback. Thats just sad.

The food was terrible. Ive been to quite a few Outbacks and the food was much better. But this location was bad. The waiter was not friendly. I didnt even bother complaining to him because Id have worried hed have spit in my food. My girlfriends steak was charred to the point I thought it was burned and over spiced. Absolutely disgusting. The only thing worth eating was the Bloomin Onion. Guess you cant really mess that up.

A few months back, we had a wonderful experience. This week it was horrible. Had to search out our waitress. (talking in the back with co-workers) Sat 10 minutes til they found her. Waited & waited for our food to apprear, while others got theirs around us. Waitress, bad attitude from the start. And the place wasnt even half full. At least the meal was OK. Make sure you have a waitress when you are seated--ask.

Has to be the slowest service in the area. It took over an hour to get the food. The worst part was the restaurant wasnt even that busy. All the food was way overdone, a medium rare rib eye and it came out medium well. A medium fillet came out almost well, and the tilapia was almost like leather. The waiter was friendly though. The restaurant definitely needs a better run kitchen.

Worst experience ever! !wont go back! ! Waited 40 minutes to sit then after sitting no one, I mean no one came to take our order. It was the first time Ive ever walked out of a restaurant! ! To top it off it was fathers day in the middle of the afternoon...poor service poorly managed. ..thankfully there was a burger place in the same mall that actually appreciated my business.

From start to end I was very impressed. I usually give places a 5-star and no comment but the atmosphere felt welcoming and inviting, the service was well worth the tip I left and the food was well-portioned and tasty (would still like to solve the puzzle of well-done steaks resting and being served dry... oh, well). Overall a 5-star rating well worth expounding upon.

Definitely gone down hill in value for your dollar, and the kitchen. Every time I come, theres a new menu, and the prices have gone up. And I feel like I need to bring a scale since the portion size always looks small... My soup was cold when I got it. And the "flat bread" is more like a cracker... Sure theyre busy, but seriously, quality control is an issue...

They always seem to get it right. I have been to many places where the quality of the food varies with each visit forcing you to tell yourself, "Ill give it one more chance." This Outback is consistent! The quality versus value of the meat served is fine. No problems here, which is why I keep bringing the family back for mid-week dinner.

Enjoyed the new remodeled design. The food was even better than I previously remember. Maybe Outback is turning the corner and becoming a closer to a better steakhouse than what you can get at Fridays or Chillis. I actually enjoyed the strip steak with the mushroom marsala sauce. I wish it would have had more mushrooms though.
