I was at this location on Saturday February 20, 2016 in the drive thru. I received my meal with no napkins and utensils to eat with. The young lady gave me the utensils but I still forgot to get the napkins. Patiently I waited whle they changed shifts. This young adult starts working in the drive thru. I tapped on the window in the drive thru to get naptkins and she totally ignored me. She was right at the register. I even waited. I knocked again and she still ignored me. I may not know her name but I sure remember that green hair. These young pepole shouldnt have jobs if they cannot exhibit customer service. If I didnt know any better I almost felt like she did not want to wait on me because I was an AfricanAamerican. Yes I was furious. I was totally disgusted. Her rudeness was totally unacceptable. If she cant wait on all people from all walks of life perhaps she should work elsewhere.

I ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos I received 2 chicken bean burritos Which no big deal honest mistake. But 1st guy I spoke to was too busy to seem like he cared he called a girl over & said okay.....so you want the shredded rice chicken with sauces and such, we said yes. It was like I was bothering her, no apology, no Ill fix you up another and keep what you have if you like, she took and threw away. I also ordered 3 fiesta potatoes. We ate them last to see they took fries from KFC side and used in substitution for square potatoes and broke them up. I know their both a potato but they are cooked differently. It was sneaky and I was angry that they thought we wouldnt notice. I do not like sneaky, lying people.

Wait time is unbelievably too long, often in drive-thru for over 10 minutes. Often, they are out of major items on the menu. Too much money for such a long wait, lacking major items from menu, & wrong orders. All the KFC have Taco Bell attached & thats where the major wait & erroneous orders derive from. Stick to what they do best & thats KFC fare!

This is totally crazy service. Im sitting in line while the girl is literally hanging out the window talking to someone in a car for at least 20 mins so far!! Total b.s. just pulled out of line tired of waiting. Plus at 10 oclock told me KFC is only selling 8 PC. Will not come back here rude slow service.

On the way back home from a great vacation. We stopped at this K of C/taco bell for lunch. usually I can expect good food but this location was horrible. Wrong items in the order and the rolls for the chicken was like a old shoe. Too late to return it we were 10 miles out when we discovered the mess.

Waited over 20 mins for my food, they arent even busy. Finally get served after reminding them (other customers were doing the same), and food is old and dryed out! They also messed up my order after waiting so long. Should have gone to Chick-fil-a next door instead!! Terrible experience and food.

Screwed up order, slow as hell, I ordered stuff that I knew would take upward of 10-15mins (specific part buckets) but they took a solid hour and then one of the items wasnt even the partrs I ordered and the other they explained had substitutions even though wed waited for the specific things.

Understaffed in the front.One person waiting on a line of customers,running the register and filling the orders too is too much for one person.Good customer service must be a thing of the past.No utensils.The chicken wings look like they came off of a biddie.Cashier was very slow.

Listen.... its my bad that I went through the drive through at 1:30 in the morning with a few of my obnoxious friends but the lady was very patient and the food was quick and incredible would recommend if you dont feel like getting out of your car.

This whole chain is rapidly declining. The only thing I would recommend from here are the chicken bowls...the rest is bland and overpriced. The service has never been good. We have stopped going since the 5th time they got our to-go order wrong.

This is one of the worst restrants Ive been to I hate this fast food place the wait is forever inside or drive through and the employees are rude .the chick that has purple swirly glasses is terrible and she makes me not want to ever come back.

The food is mostly hot when. You finally get it. I have waited for chicken on multiple times, they always have a wait and never have food ready. Sometimes its quicker to drive down town Dover to one of the other two and be done faster.

I love this facility. Ive been here twice in one week with friends and its always a good experience. Although the people on register are slow due to the fact they have to run back and forth to pack meals, the service is as best as can be.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst around...i ordered 2 plain hard tacos and they were horrible hardly any meat or cheese!!! I kindly took them back and asked for better made tacos! I will not eat here again!!!

The problem with KFC/Taco Bells is they limit each menu and Ive never in my life wanted an item from each chain. There is nothing to gain from merging the two except for the profits of the franchise owner.

THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER! Everyone there should be fired!!!! Avoid at all cost. Drive thru is the absolute slowest and they ran out of food at 655pm. The franchise owner should lose the store!

Dinner rush hour 5:30 pm. Undermanned, store dirty, had to ask for tables yo be cleaned, spills on floor, feels like A.C. off on a humid day feels better outside very stuffy. Staff on hand were polite.
