Ok, so it was snowy and yucky outside and I was in a foul mood when I entered Weis. I picked out half a dozen items I needed and went to one of those check outs where you scan your items yourself. DOH! I scanned one of my items twice and was unable to fix that myself. A delightful woman named Whitney came and helped me. She was kindhearted, quick and efficient. She changed my mood from cranky to pleasant in this quick transaction. Thanks, Weis! I appreciate your customer service.

Pluses: ample parking and beer. Wide aisles. Helpful bakery staff. Minus: deli department has only the usual Boars Head-type products. Limited interesting cheeses. 1970s-style service. Wegmans is just down Bath Pike. HOWEVER: in a snowstorm or bad weather, you wont be able to get into Wegmans. Weis is the dependable fallback with sufficient milk, eggs, and toilet paper. And ice melt and batteries.

Clean and a Good Vibe. Managers are upbeat and helpful. Really good pizza. Yes, I said it. Their pizza is really good. Sometimes I dont get my cheese sliced thin as I requested by some of the evening staff. A new did what Giant does and gave me the slice to check if I was satisfied with the cut. That needs to be incorporated universally, throughout the department.

I was at the store on Sunday to pick up a cake for my grandson baby shower. the manager promised me something different and special. Boy did he ever deliver. It was decorated so cute. everybody asked where I got it. Not only was it absolutely perfect, it tasted great too. everyone also wanted to take

For the most part it was in & out and always find what I want except.... for the tomatoes! I tried to get fresh a fresh tomato for our burgers & every one I picked up had a soft spot or the start of mold. Very disappointed

This is my preferred food shopping store. The aisles are wide open and they recently renovated parts of the store to make it easier to find what you need. They have a large selection of beer which is awesome now.

This place really got their act together. They restructured, remodeled and retrained their staff. Good alternative to Wegmans. Used to hate coming here. Happy to see some improvement.
