11/22 Horrible customer service. Time to hire adults. 1 customer in the place already eating. We ordered by phone in hopes that we could run in and go. The register girl had no clue about the Facebook special or what planet we were on. But when i ordered on the phone she said yeah ok.....duh. Then when we got there she says to me that,"uhhh thats not really a thing". Really....??? I just made it up to get a free sandwich. What a pin head. The cook fixed it but we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. This was a great place when they opened but took a crazy dive in the toilet. I shouldnt have to pull up the Jakes Facebook post to prove the special. What a joke. I will be going to the Kennett Jakes from now on.

My family and I really enjoy Jakes! The food is always really tasty, the location is very clean, and the staff is polite. On busier nights, I suggest ordering online, then going to pick up. Otherwise, you might have to wait a while for your tasty burger. My only complaint is that I feel its a little pricey, but not so much that I wouldnt recommend going there. Weve had many great meals here, and will continue to dine here!

Worst experience ever placed order by phone at 12:27 got there paid then waited 40 minutes to only find out that the food was bagged and ready to go since I got there. wasted my lunch hour plus it was cold when I got it.

I usually like Jakes Wayback, but this location has given me a sour taste. The employees have no hair restraints, not even a hat. My burger came with some unwarranted "toppings". Thanks, but no thanks.

Horrible. If a customer comes in 15 mins prior to closing you still serve them. If you were going to close at 8:45 please state that on your hours that way you dont inconvenience another paying customer
