Ive been hearing about chik-fil-A for years and stopped for a quick bite to eat for the first time today. The food was good. What I really loved was the young people who work there going out their way to offer you the best value and service. This was in the food court of the mall. Our server, Maria, smiled so genuinely and really seemed to enjoy helping us. She even came out to a family nearby to offer to refill their fountain drinks. As my husband and I ate we noticed that everyone working there seemed to be happy and getting along with each other also. It was a pleasure.

So they called me for a interview/I dont know what they called it so I went there and they told me I needed to feel out a application which I already had done why else would they have called me??? I go and ask for Pam and she was looking all toes of confused and didnt even come speak to me sent one of her employees out and that was it I was pissed off why call me for a interview and then give me a application like that was backwards as hell but the food there is good.

mmm Chick-fil-A is always delicious. Certainly the best chicken. Love the waffle fries as well. They have some really tasty milkshakes. This particular location is in the food court of the Berkshire Mall. Staff is friendly and will bring your meal to the table you are sitting at if the order takes a bit of time.

I work next to this location, and the staff is always so wonderful and friendly, not only to their reliable customer base, but to even their competitors in the Food Court. Definitely stop by and have a chat with the team, Im most assured they will treat you well.

Forgetful and not good at using the Chick fil A wording other locations do so well. One girl got on top of a shelf in the back and was visible to the front and started laughing. Otherwise a good place to eat.
