I go back to this Popeyes to see if things have improved but it happened again today. I guess Im an idiot for going back. I wont make that mistake again. If you dont mind being served incomplete orders who dont know how to do what they are supposed to do and dont seem to care, then this is your restaurant. I get my order, and hey - no drink. I ask for my drink (that I paid for as part of my combo) and try to politely explain. The manager tell me to "stop arguing" and asks us to pay the difference, and I happily but begrudgingly oblige. I paid for my drink, I dont mind. But why did the manager have to be so rude? I checked my receipt - I was charged for a combo which includes a drink.

There had been mistakes made with an order purchased on Monday evening, which was reported as soon as I arrived at home. On Tuesday, I went back to enable the situation to be corrected. In the process, I purchased another meal, and when I arrived at home, the chicken was overcooked...it was as tough as leather. Early Wednesday, the entire order was returned to Popeyes. The manager on duty, upon hearing what transpired, apologized for what had been repeated errors made. He gave me a new order, and provided an apple pie at no charge stating, "Your dessert is on me." That is great customer service.

This place is like any other Popeyes except Sundays. Wow does this place suck on sunday. Under staffed and just slow. Super slow. And they dont put out napkins for u so ur gonna have to use ur pants or wait for the staff to come around to speak with u on there time. No full term cashier, who h is why

Just WOW, its unbelievable. Ive been to this place couple times but after their new management its has gotten so much better. The employees are so much nicer and the food is GREAT! Liked how it has changed so much. Totally recommend anyone to go there especially after their new management.

This place has changed alot since last time i visited 6months ago. The chicken breast was amazing, i had a family order for 18 pieces and paid only $18.. costumer service was great, we had free drinks while we were waiting for our order.. well deserved 5star...

First time ever at a popeyes and I gotta say I was not disappointed. The chicken was real crispy and good. The mashed potatoes and Cole slaw were banging. The biscuits were doughy but warm and delicious. The cashier was super nice and I would definitely come back
