Today has been my first time to this diner; I liked the menu and the nice twist on items available for selection. The food was good with interesting choice of spices. What I did not like as much was the waiter service, and it almost left a bad taste in my mouth and a negative impression; however just at the right time I met the one person there who had completely overturned my experience, Michelle. Michelle really helped sort things out, and made this decision well worth the trip. She is a great manager and I wish nothing less for this diner than a great, ever-expanding reputation. Thank you for the warm experience, and guys, please dont hesitate to come here and enjoy your food; it will be well worth it.

I was there for the easter buffet, had a reservation for 2 pm . after waiting 1/2 hour for a table when other people came in after us and were seated with hardly any wait. next comes the buffet, wait in line only to find out there were no dinner plates. another 5 mins till they brought some out. got prime rib, ive had beef jerky that was more tender and flavorful. never ate cold rice and corn before until today. we were never offered rolls and butter either. so for 17.99 I had a plate of lettuce because the salad bar was empty and a pepsi. WOW what a bargain, plus a mandatory tip added to the bill. absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I use to enjoy this restaurant until recently. A certain individual there, who shall go nameless, has been very rude on multiple visits. Watching her interact with other customers with her blatant judgemental attitude and snarky comments is what changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Id give it a zero stars if possible. Dear morning employee, people come to this restaurant for a non-chain food experience. Please start treating people with more respect.

Well... The waitress was nice! We ordered a cheeseburger and fries. And a pizza burger .. The burgers were frozen and soooooo dry served on a greased soaked bun. The sauce for the pizza burger tasted like jarred. So disappointed. We told them checking out that the burgers were gross and mom still hungry because she couldnt eat it but she did nothing other than apologize. She was nice too.. Thats it. There is no good review here. Sorry we wont be back.

The food and service was ok although my steak was quite tough and sinewy and the lunch bill for two over $25.00. The coupon from local advertisements had extremely small print that said it was not good for senior discounts or other specials. The daily specials menu was included in "other specials." I didnt expect this and I dont like such small print problems so it will likely be my last choice for dining next time.

FAMILY FRIENDLY. Wonderful service. My husband and I have 3 small children and we stop in once or twice on a Sunday, after church. We are always received like family and the hostesses and waitresses are always helpful, even with wrangling our little ones :) Any parent with little ones would understand how good that feels. MICHELLE is especially fantastic. She has a beautiful heart and always serves with a smile!

Attended after my cousins funeral with a group of 40+. Soup delicious. Rolls were soft and warm. Roast beef was so tender, you just needed a fork to cut it. Mashed potatoes were the real deal. Apple pie was a bit too sweet but still good. Wait staff served our party with total ease. Id definitely return under more pleasant circumstances.

Disgusting. Went for the Easter buffet, all the meat looked like it was still alive. Was told ahead of time there would be a salad bar, which to them meant leaves and cucumbers. At $20 a person, it was a rip off. Ive been to many buffet style dinners and this was one of the worst. It was also freezing. We wont be back.

This was hit or miss for us. The first couple of times we went it was a good experience. Good food , average prices. Then the last two times we went the wait was long for food, orders were incorrect and some of the food cold.

Great American Breakfast Diner Experience. Love the omelettes, my kids love the pancakes and the yogurt parfaits. Why do fast food when you can take the family to a true sit down diner for quality time with quality food!!

The server was extremely distant, the silverware was dirty. The manager was sitting in the front room cursing and being very loud and obnoxious to the employees. The food is over charged and the restaurant itself SMELLS!
