While the folks are actually nice they dont listen!!! I specifically requested no beans as I am allergic to them. It was a joke to them they must have put extra my salad was mostly beans and unfortunately I had a meeting and was unable to go back and have them make it right. It was the worst and I was starving all day UGH! Thanks so much Taco Bell NOT!!!!!

I had just finished Christmas shopping with my wife and daughterand decided to treat them to TacoBell at Hates Corner. We ordered 12 paxk of tacos and Boss Steak nnachos. Got 10 stale and xold tacos and skimpy nachos. Never again ! I tried to call and make complaint but the phone is left of the hook. Busy tone pissed me off.

Me and my girlfriend stopped by here the other day to grab something to eat. The employees were polite and helpful .The cashier helped pick something out to eat from the menu since it was my first time eating at Taco Bell . I had the new chickstar , It was soooooo good .I definitely will be returning here. :)

Better today, most of the time during lunch time you only have 1 cashier and the line is long. It takes 15 mins more or less by the time you get the foods. For those that only have half an hour lunch time, this place cannot be call fast food because it takes forever.

Every time I come here I have yell for someone in the back while the Employees are in the back dicking around. I rarely ever come here but every time I do its a struggle just to get a taco or a simple fountain beverage. Come here if you want I wont stop you.

My visit to Taco bell in New Castle, DE was pleasant. I was served by a young girl named Celina. She was very professional, pleasant and courteous. My order was served fast, well put together and the place was cleaned, including the restroom.

Taco Bell is reliable fast food. I like the soft tacos the best. This store is clean. The staff is friendly. Expect to wait a little on your food, This store is a bit slower than others. It doesnt seem to matter what time of day.
