Poor guy on the night shift last time I was here mustve had a rough night. He gave me the wrong size drink and forgot some of my change but was very sweet and corrected himself before I had the chance to. Even let me keep the wrong size since it was made already.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered Carmel Frappae and it was watered down terribly without any whip cream. I ask for my drink to be redone and all they did was add the missing whip cream! This place needs to be shut down immediately.

They need to get their act together. Why should a customer wait 10 minutes before having their order taken when theyre not even wrapped in drive thru? Extremely uncoordinated, and customer service has left much to be desired
