I used to eat there once a week and it was great, but that was 20 years ago, then all the staff vanished and it went downhill so I stopped going. I came back again and decided after so long it must have improved, but boy was I wrong. I ordered an omelet with all the extras and lots of meats like ham, bacon, sausage, bacon, etc... none of the meat tasted fresh, the omelet made me sick to my stomach, the servers were rude to me, others and each other, my waitress was nice to me, but she seemed like the job was a living hell for her. The pancakes tasted ok, but looked horrible, odd since Ihop is known for perfectly round and golden brown pancakes, not pancakes that looked like they were scraped off a skillet. In summery, I wouldnt eat there again if it was free and this was once my favorite place to eat and I love to eat breakfast all hours of the day so this is very sad. If they ever clear out all the staff and clean the place top to bottom I might try them again, but I advise staying far away as possible.

The food is the same as any other ihop. BUT what makes this ihop a 5 star is the service. Our waitress, Kelly, was SO nice, sweet, happy, respectful, attentive, hard working, and great over all. All customer service workers should be like her. At the time I was fasting and was limited to non - processed foods and had to order a lot of side dishes and had special requests. She was totally understanding and didnt forget a order and made sure I got what I wanted. On top of that I forgot my retainers at the restaurant and called back to see if she found them. She said everything on the table has been cleared away and thrown out in the trash. I was really upset. Kelly was such a sweetheart she said she would look in the trash for me and look for my retainers. Sure enough she found them. I was so thankful and she was so happy to help me and did not want anything in return. I can not emphasize what great service I got here. Kelly deserves a employee of the year.

We recently started eating at IHOP again because of the expanded menu. We went there today at 3:05 and asked to be served quickly as my husband is diabetic and was experiencing a drop in blood sugar. At 325 we hadnt seen our server so I approached the manager and explained the situation. At 330 our waitress came. We ordered water, coffee and iced tea and asked have it brought immediately as well as ordered an appetizer telling her the situation and we would give her the meal order when the appetizer arrived. The restaurant was nearly empty and several employees were standing around. At 340 the gentleman who was seated after us had already eaten and we hadnt gotten our drinks yet. We left and on the way out told the manager to cancel our order and the reason. He just shrugged.45 minutes later we are nearly done with our meal at bob evans. Its about a 15 minute drive from ihop.

food is good,.. But the service really lacks and IHOP managements needs to intervene here to make this IHOP restaurant run better,. Concerns: - No one takes order on time once the customers are seated in dinner table,. - The waitress do not have Idea as to what food is still available in kitchen when compared Menu card items. I was disappointed to hear that there was only 1 soup left by evening 5pm in kitchen and Banana Waffle was served without pecan pieces. The lady who served dinner did say sorry but this wont help,.. the person taking order should know about things,. before taking order. the Mens rest room needed attention,. its was filthy and smelled real horrible,.. IHOP team, this place needs your attention.

I went to this i-hop coming back from new york...it was the best every my sever his name was reggie he was great he had me and my whole family laughing..the only thing i dislike was the manger he was blod head in short had no respeak for his workers he pulled one of the boys dress in red shirt and was yelling at him and talking like the boy was dumb....when it was time to leave we got our check from our wounderful sever we went the front were the young lady cash us out she was the most friendly and funny person i ask what her name was and she said kelly and she also sat us to a great persons you have a graet staff but that manger has to gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

The wait was extremely long and they werent that crowded. We waited at least a half an hour to be seated after being told it would be 5 to 10 minutes. Once seated an additional 20 to 30 minutes before our meals came out and as I looked around and noticed several other people who had been seated before us were also waiting for their food. The food was mediocre and service was not great. Our server was friendly however not very efficient. She could not get our order correct. Also not very accommodating to disabled and handicapped. My mother who was on a walker was never offered a seat while waiting. I probably would not go back just based on this experience alone.

Took my family here. All of our food was over cooked. Especially the bacon and pancakes! The restaurant was filthy! Everything needed to be cleaned from the table to the floors and the bathrooms. The changing table was covered in dirty paper towels.. The bathroom stalls obviously havent been cleaned in a very long time. The only stall that was decent enough to use, didnt have a lock on it! I even found a screw on the ground surrounded by sheet rock!! If this is what the public sees, I would hate to see the kitchen. We will not be returning. The only compliment I have is.. Our waitress was friendly and happy to help.

Ive only been here a couple of times, but my experience has always been great. The staff there is friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean. Ive always had mixed reviews when it comes to other IHOP locations. Usually just mediocre service and mediocre flavor. This particular location has a fantastic chef! Kevin makes the best omelettes! Beautiful presentation and awesome flavors! If you are lucky enough to get Kelly as your waitress, she will not disappoint! She is so kind, friendly and attentive! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Was there yesterday! Loved the cheeseburger omelet! My husbands had the steak omelet he said hed definitely get it again. Mom had the cinnamon French toast which was another winner. Definitely suggest sharing these. Portions very big and come with 3 large pancakes. Cinnamon bun comer with 2 but you can get just one. Good breakfast for 1 or order 2 and share good for 2 people with coffee or juice. Server was Gill and hes been there 20 years. We had a great time. It worth the wait. Mom said coffee was wonderful.

Arrived at restaurant with my family to order takeout and the manager was being very unprofessional by loudly discussing an issue pertaining to a customer. We waited at least 20 mins before our food was brought out to us. The waffle looked overcooked and was hard. The pancakes were the worst pancakes I ever had from ihop. They tasted like watery,flavorless batter instead of the buttermilk pancakes I am accustomed to. The turkey links were lacking flavor as well. We will never be going back to this restaurant.
