We just came here after reading great reviews online. We stood there for a while before someone acknowledged us and offered to clean the one open table for us to sit. We had my 15 month old with us and there were only 2 high chairs that were both being used, but we didnt mind waiting since one table was about to leave. We sat there waiting for 15 minutes, and still no one came to greet us or take our drink order. The server then offered the open high chair to a different table whose chidren were more than capable of sitting in regular chairs. This particular server made a point to ignore us from the moment we walked in for some reason. She never even looked at us the entire time we were there, and the restaurant only houses about 8 tables. We have never felt so unwelcome and disrespected as we were at this restaurant. We will never come here again. (PS they did not have air conditioning and it was stifling hot! Something we would have been able to overlook if the staff treated us better.) On a positive note, we went to an amazing place around the corner from here. (Im withholding their name so you dont think this review is from a competitor. I prominse you it is a very real experience from an average Jane. I only mention this other place to let you know you have other/better options!)

The menu looked awesome until the food came out and it looked disgusting. The fish and chips were frozen stake fries that were burnt with maybe a 1/2 teaspoon hard cheese sprinkled on the plate. No seasonings. And 1 tiny piece of fish that looked like more batter than fish. The "Almost famous chicken n waffles" was 1 undercooked waffle with 1 overcooked piece of chicken on top with disgusting black burnt things stuck to it. And gross maple hinted watered-down "sauce" that the waffle was sitting in, making it soggy. Seriously, it had no flavor and was the consistency of water. Not worth the price. Very disappointing.

If you are looking for a great burger and not just a good one, I would suggest stopping in. I do some traveling for my work and like to frequent local places for a bite of something different. BnL is exactly that a niche burger joint that brings a lot flavor you wouldnt normally find elsewhere. I felt relaxed there as if I have eaten at this place 100 times before, the decor was modest, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered "The Little Boy Blue" it was big on taste and I loved every bite of it. I hope that this place is here for the long run because when I come back around I know where I will be eating.

Cozy, inviting spot for breakfast or lunch. Twists on classic foods like pound cake french toast, and sweet potato pancakes. The food here is phenomenal but the service definitely lacks anything resembling haste. Very friendly, just slow. This wasnt just a one time issue or because the restaurant was super busy; out of the two experiences Ive had here, you can expect to wait unreasonably long for anything you ask for. Give yourself plenty of time and enjoy some local artists work (most of which appear to be for sale).

Eclectic menu items with humorous descriptions. Definitely worth the trip if in Dover. I have gone twice and I will definitely go back to try different menu items that looked appealing (chicken & waffles). I ordered the apple cinnamon pound cake french toast , it is more dessert than breakfast. Not four stars because my eggs were undercooked even after they offered to fix. My companion didnt seem to care for the presentation of his dish, but he still ate ALL of it.

Came here for breakfast this morning and had some disappointments. The food took a long time to come out and the eggs that we ordered came out over cooked. One member in the group never got his "homies" (home fries). It was odd that they served the over cooked eggs but then brought out more eggs to try and make up for the hard ones. The only positive part of our visit was the staff was friendly and it seemed like they had real maple syrup vs. Fake.

They were out of many ingredients, had to make unsweet tea, after being served sweet, pancake was awful! Syrup had no fragrance of maple due to the water added! I typically understand some mishaps, however , the Google review of this place is way off. Told they were out of lemons for water due to jucing the ones they had. . If you want to run a successful business, you should provide necessary items.

My experience is usually great. It reminds me of a little snazzy/urban restaurant in NYC. Thats a fact! Portion sizes are great and the owners customer service is fantastic! I love the place...we need more like it in Dover. Very versatile & quiet at times. Snazzy menu with signature items......GREAT!!!! Its a MUST try....someday.

Ordered eggs ,ham, home fries & whole wheat toast. Eggs over cooked three tiny thin slices of ham almost burnt. Wanted side of grits they were out of. Had coffee but never offered refills , with coffee grounds bottom of cup. Toast came dry asked for butter for both of us and basically given enough for one piece of toast not four.

This place is Dovers hidden gem. I have had so many different types of burgers from here and now many employees eat here regularly. The potato chip fries (best way I can explain) are amazing. I get mine crispy! I would recommend this place to anyone for breakfast, lunch and soon they will be open for dinner on certain days!

Ive never had a bad meal here. Everything is unique and delicious. They stay busy, but everyone is really friendly and the quality of service and food makes up for any wait. The local art they display is cool and the whole place is really comfortable. All of my coworkers eat here. I definitely recommend.

Stopped in looking for something new in Dover and happened to find a great new little spot. Had the Breaking Bad burger and it was great, added in some bacon cheese waffle fries which turned out to be a great choice! They new still building up but definitely open for business.

Wanted to like this place but got short changed. I ordered chicken and waffles. On the menu, the order came with a side of house hella hot sauce and a strip of chicken fried bacon....I received neither for my take out. Tried calling to find out why.....the number doesnt work

Even though this is one of my favorite local spot I did not receive the service I have come to expect. Two people in my party received drinks with food particles in it. Also my chicken and waffles were different then the previous times I have ordered it.

Food was very good, cozy atmosphere and great location. The only annoying thing Id say was the music was very loud for a relaxing Sunday brunch, but the server did turn it down a little when asked. Overall, I think everyone should go try it!
