Took 60 min. to get 7 orders out the door. Ours was #7. Smelled something odd while waiting. Got home, started eating the generals shrimp. Most was OK. Finally got a foetid, vomit inducing shrimp - had to run to sink to gag it up. Called to say they should check the shrimp. "What do you mean it was bad?" I had to explain the concept of rancid shrimp. No offer was made to make thing right. The ginger scallion chicken, however, was VERY good. So what to do. Rancid seafood is not a subtle thing, there is no reason, except indifference to serve rancid shrimp.

Food was great, came on time and everything. However, the driver pressed for a tip insistently. I wouldnt have had a problem tipping him since I paid by card, and didnt have cash on hand, but he also showed up without a pen to sign. He then became rude, and said hes not going to deliver here anymore. Also, he left without letting me sign the receipt, so I have to make sure now that he didnt forge anything to get the tip he thought he deserved so justly. Not a good way to make return customers.

I have been going to this restaurant since the early 2000s and love it! The food tates great, is consistent, and a good value. In my opinion its the best Chineese food in town. Of course any review of food is subjective and others might chose another nearby establishment. One thing is certain Foo Joy is indisputably among the best take out Chinese restaurants in this area.

Great food, great prices, willing to customize orders. Been there at least a dozen times over the past year, never once had to wait more than 5 minutes for a take out order so Im not sure about previous comments about wait times/concerns. My husband, family and I thoroughly enjoy their food. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is your standard Americanized Chinese fare I didnt expect anything spectacular. I needed something quick and the food was good enough. The shrimp toast was interesting, with lots of shrimp and no shells. I did not have "rancid shrimp" as a previous reviewer had.

My family orders out of here about 3x a month and we love the fresh food the great portions and the friendly staff. Would recommend and I am a very picky eater.

60 min wait then to top it off there was a calipitar in my broc how gross dont ever eat it ! I would sue but they need to be shut down dont order from here

Very nice place for take out chinese. Large portions for a very nice price and the food was fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff working there too!!

Best take-out and delivery Chinese food in town. Waiting area does get busy and is small for dining in, but the staff are courteous and attentive.
