Strangest and worst experience Ive ever had with any business in my life. I ordered delivery for my entire family this evening at 6:45 and paid over the phone with a debit card. When the driver came to my door, I cheerfully gave her a tip in cash, but unfortunately did not check the bag. When we opened the bag, we discovered that the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken and the crab Rangoon appetizer were missing, so I called back at about 7:30. The woman that answered the phone was very dismissive and simply said she would "ask the driver" and then hung up on me, leaving me unsure of what, if anything was going to happen next. Sometime between 8:30 and 9:00 the driver came again with the sweet and sour sauce but said that she was unaware of the crab Rangoon. She offered to come back again with the crab Rangoon and I agreed. By this time, dinner had long been ruined so I called again at about 9:30 to ask for a refund. The same woman answered and quickly shuffled the phone off to a man and he was equally rude and claimed that the first time I called I failed to mention the crab Rangoon (the other people in the room with me when I called can verify that I definitely did NOT fail to mention it). He kept saying something over and over that I couldnt understand and then hung up on me. At that point I packed all the food (which was still uneaten) back into the bag and drove down to the restaurant with my receipt, arriving at 9:40. The place was dark and the doors were locked, even though the "open" sign was illuminated and the placard said theyre open until 10:00. Needless to say, the delivery driver never returned to my house either.

This is a very good restaurant- I live close by and it is my favorite Chinese place in the area. It is more authentic then a lot of other Chinese places. My fiance and I eat here frequently and the service is always wonderful and proves a great dining experience. The hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had (and I always try hot and sour soup at every Chinese restaurant I visit). Other favorites are chicken & broccoli (or mixed vegetables), and Mei Fun. We usually ask for small changes to some menu items (get white sauce instead of brown, no carrots, etc.) and Michael is always great about it! Prices are good too- can share an entree (the serving size is perfect for sharing- a lot of food on a plate!) and get some dumplings (which are also some of the best I have had) for maybe around $15 for dinner (and lunch is cheaper if you get a special). And you always get hot tea and chips along with the meal when you sit down (for no charge). I will continue coming here and would definitely recommend!

I have to give them a 1star due solely on customer service. I have been ordering from here for a couple months as they deliver and have amazing food. Today however I did my normal call/delivery was told 35 mins at 45 mins I called to check the status (no big stuff happens) was told it was out for delivery and I confirmed the address again. 10mins later the driver calls (very nice lady) she was told to go to Northampton not Whitehall (Im literally 4mins away) so an hour after ordering my food arrives. I have to call back because part of my order was missing. While on the phone we find that the food is cold. The manager got on the phone and told me that is not there problem to keep the food warm once it leaves and to just eat it. Then starts to argue with me about how it is not his problem. Well Im eating microwaved Chinese and nothin was done on their part.

We have lived here for over a year and a half and we love the food! The employees and owner are so nice and the food doesnt take long at all. Everything is always so fresh, on time, AND they always have great coupon deals! We try to order something new every time and always are pleased. If any of the other customers have ever had a "bad experience" Im sure they would have been taken care of had they called in and explained themselves vs. giving bad reviews when it IMO isnt true.

Im visiting from out of town and this Chinese place was only 3 mins away from me. Overall the Orange flavor chicken I ordered was dry and barely warm. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know but not one person answered ( I called at different times the rest of the night) I also have never been to Chinese restaurant that tried charging me for duck sauce... I wouldnt recommend this place.

Friendly people, but they were not Chinese. Maybe that is why the food was so awful. I think my blood pressure went up when I tasted it. Way too salty. I had to throw it out and now I have to make a sandwich for dinner. I cant believe I just wasted over $20 for two people to eat and we didnt even get to eat!!! Never eat here again. Not good at all and too expensive!!

Worst service...ever in my life Worst chinease food ever...fried rice is always burnt and over cooked. Rude people and they never ever get your order right. Check your bag before the driver leaves you will not get a refund if something is missing. Dont eat here. There is much better chinease food on cherryville road on Northampton. This place is dirty and gross.

Love this Chinese restaurant! Their food is always good and doesnt taste too salty to me. I am VERY sensitive to salty food and dont feel like that when eating there. ALL Chinese food is saltier than other food. The staff is always VERY nice to us. I have eaten at MANY Chinese restaurants and this one is my favorite in the LV.

Owner Michael is not a man of his word. His only interest is to line his pockets. I found this out when I called to complain. Our food delivery was 1h45m late and obviously cold. He lost one loyal customer and I hope others will choose somewhere else.

Just tried this place tonight, and im only sorry i didnt try it sooner! Great food. Fresh! Didnt taste like it was sitting around. Everything crispy and tasty. Not super greasy. Crab Rangoons are perfect! New Fav chinese restaurant.

Hands down best Chinese food ever! People are friendly and speak perfect English. Absolutely love this place! Food was fresh, delicious and neatly prepared. Wish I would have found this place sooner!! Two thumbs up!

I do not eat at much Chinese places do to nasty food, this place is clean and their food is fresh. Also you get alot of food. The shrimp here are big and they give you alot, finally found a good Chinese restaurant.
