The WORST experience Ive ever had at not only DQ, but any fast food place. took 14 minutes to get a dilly bar and a blizzard. When I got to the window, my blizzard was already made and ready, but no one would acknowled my presence at the drive thru window. It took 5 additional minutes for anyone to appear at the window. The lady didnt speak a word to me in English, and took my card and disappeared for another 3 minutes. While I was waiting, I observed the manager get out of his vehicle, hair a mess, tie ruffled and backwards, and strolled right in to the kitchen...um, What???? HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!! SHUT IT DOWN

Horrible service. 3 girls that were there had the drive through lane at a crawl and there was no one in the sit down part of the DQ. It took me 20 minutes to finally get through the drive and than they brought me everything separate. First the bag than the straw then the blizzard than the drink. Wtf? Than I asked them a question but they were to busy gossiping to care. What a joke.

I got sick last time i went to woodburn and salem locations, i will never go back to that place, you dont mess with food, the service is very slow, takes forever to even get a blizzard, how hard is that? and some of the people who work there should really improve their English skills, very annoying trying to order from someone who doesnt speak the language clear enough!

Usually in and out at a decent speed at lunch but service here seems to hit a wall when dinner rolls around; expect to spend 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through. Originally, this is all I was going to mention but I recently ordered a milkshake and found what seemed like shredded blue wax mixed in. This was also after I waited over 15 minutes for my order.

We make the drive to and from WA, passing here and stopping for food but no more... Stopped here with the grandchildren. $3 dollars more for a #4 meal than any other DQ we have ever been too $10.25 compared to the usual $7.25 and to make matters worse we had to repeat our order multiple times because the gal only spoke broken english.

I always like to read reviews then see for my self I think some people are just haters 1st how can you go wrong with ice cream it was a great blizzard 2nd maybe my luck but staff was great smile and prompt 3rd yes floor was bit dirty and some tables needed to be wiped but not like I was at a five star restaurant

Food was just okay. Service was not friendly at all. Very slow, and I felt like I was bothering the staff. I love Dairy Queens, but this one is to be avoided! Also, poorly lit parking lot and the exit driveway is not marked at all so be careful you dont drive off the curb when you leave the parking lot!!

Horrible horrible service! We sat in the drive through for almost 20 min. Came up to the window and they were gossiping! There was no one in the sitting area. And when they handed our stuff to us, it was like we were bothering them by interrupting their conversation.

Fast and friendly staff. Open pretty late compared to other places in the area. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the place could be a cleaner. If you go there late in the day you can tell no one has cleaned the lobby all day.

Right off of I-5. Headed north? Turn right. Headed south? Turn Left. A Hometown favorite for over 30 plus years. Still the best Chocolate soft serve in the Willamette Valley (In my opinion) Grab one, on your way up to Silver Creek Falls.

Nobody seems to care. Zero manners, unless you are someones local friends. Its not that hard to be polite and professional. Completely unnecessary to be rude. It starts at the top. ..time to re-evaluate or get out of the way.

Dont ask for your order to be correct, or even what you pay for. Looking for the candy in your Blizzard is like a treasure hunt with few rewards. The staff is rude and laughs if you ask for anything.

We waited over 40 minutes for our order. The cashier should have warned of the long wait. A manager was requested by the group sitting next to us but the staff refused. Worst service ever!

Was ok on a hot day. The staff took awhile to come to the counter and took a little while to get our ice cream. While the deserts were cool the building itself was pretty hot inside.

There menu prices are higher than all DQs in the area? $5.50 for a peanut buster parfait. Any other DQ is $4.29 I ask them why, because they are Privately owned. Avoid the place
