Every time I go to this burger king my order is screwed up. Doesnt matter if its front counter or drive thru. I have given this burger king the benefit of the doubt 3 different times now because they are the closest to my house. Needless to say I will be driving the extra 3 miles to the burger king in tanasborne because Ive never had an issue with that one. At least this last time the manager made sure it was rang up right but was hiding somewhere in the back when another crew member handed me my replacement order. I used to work at a burger king and the manager would have been the one to hand out the order with a sincere apology, not a half assed apology when my replacement order was taken and then to go hide in the back. Worst service Ive ever had at a burger king. Never again will I go back there.

Service was terrible, we waited awhile before someone acknowledged us and the person in front of us, when we did get our food I bit into my hamburger and found a hair in it, when I showed the burger to the supervisor she made it seem like we placed the hair on there by saying that the hair didnt look like anyone back there cooking and because it was placed on top, when I tried to speak to her supervisor she said that there was no one there above her I could speak too, Im looking into speaking with the franchise owner

Used to be great with friendly service and a nice place to get a burger at 9 am, but the last couple of times I have been in nobody has even greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The food is the same as anywhere else. Im writing this review stalling for time until McDonalds down the street starts serving lunch. Maybe they have common courtesy over there.

Came here once, and the machine was broken in the lobby to take orders, so they had to take my order, by hand, and then more People came and they forgot about our order and others, and they were just all over the place, and I went to the drive trough and they could only take cash, and the drive through was packed, waste of gas and time. Bad place dont come.

A fast food place that I choose relatively frequently, it serves delicious burgers and fries with a wide variety of drinks to choose from, and provides good customer service. Wait times for your meals are generally rather short (Id say 2-5 minutes on average). I highly recommend Burger King.

Drive thru is your best bet, even if you park and eat inside. When you go inside they make you wait for drive thru customers even if you have been waiting longer. I believe this is because they get rated on drive thru wait times which are reported to upper management.

Horrible place. Always get my order wrong and give me attitude afterwards. I havent had a single order right from these guys and probably wont see it in the future. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Mediocre, cheap food that you would expect from a regular fast food restraint. Puiet atmosphere due to the fact that not many people come here. No pokéstops, gyms, or notable pokémon.
