Public Health concern and No Customer Service. After getting the 12 variety pack, my wife asked the drive thru gal for lots of Fire sauce. First, my wife waited for almost 20 minutes. When she came back to the window, the gal said she had already place the fire sauce inside the box. So my wife checked, there were only 6 packets. So my wife asked for more. The young skinny dark hair drive thru rep gave her 6 more packets and shot the window. My wife who is handicapped had to drive around the shop and go in the lobby to grab more sauce. Please stop hiring kids that have no idea about customer service. Or better yet, send your crew to customer service training. We eat tacos twice a week, this is not the first time we have had to deal with the rudeness of this gal. But it was the first time for what still has me throwing up. I was eating the Tacos, I opened the taco to put the hot sauce, and right on top of the lettuce there was a coarse brown hair. It looked like a public hair! I couldnt eat anymore. Half hour later I threw up. I told my wife and she could well believe it, as she had been in the bathroom for over an hour with explosive diarrhea. Enough is enough. You need and deserve an urgent visit from Public Health.

When I entered I told the cashier I wasnt ready to order just yet. Ether way he stopped what he was doing and rudely said he hade to make the customer a priority. If that was un-welcoming enough he told me to repeat him my order because he couldnt understand my strong accent. To me his actions, and gestures made me feel discriminated and absolutely angry. Well from now on my family and I will choose to take our horribly strong accent and business elsewhere. Thank you for such a horrible experience taco bell staff.

Waited for almost 15 mins in the drive thru, 2 cars in front of us and they only received one bag each. Im not really sure why this place struggles on the speed and when we walk in some employees are standing around. I know this place has potential to be great, just a waiting game now. We will go to the one on 185th, its further but I bet we will get our food and be back home before we get our waters at the window for this restaurant.

These people have no clue how to do their jobs. It takes half an effing hour to go through the drive thru on a busy night.They dont work with any urgency. Expect their excuse to always be "new trainees"...if there were as many new hires as often as theyve used this excuse, this place should be running like a well oiled machine. But no, they just suck ass. Make your own burrito at home. Worst taco bell ever.

Maps says its open until 4am. Outside of the place it boasts that its "late night" "get your after-party on" I arrive at 250am (after work) and its closed with its lights on. When I drove up to the drive-thru window it says it closed at 230am. I saw 3 other vehicles equally disappointed in a matter of minutes. I went to the walk in only on Murray and Allen, that is actually open until 4.

I arrived at 7:30am & waited appx. 5 mins @ the counter before anyone even acknowledged me,(but the drive through was busy). The floors in the restaurant & restroom were really dirty which surprised me!! It appeared that no one had cleaned the night before :(. I like the breakfast & affordability there so will probably be back...tho I will probably go through the drive-through next time.

They are playing games with customers. She didt understand "Chalupa" three times on the intercom. Assist. manager Ian was defensive. They always forget to put the spoon/fork for Mexican pizza. This branch is out of control. This is how McDonalds lost its business, by ignoring customer complaints. Taco Bell is next... Never again.

They didnt even help the guy in from of me for 5 mins or acknowledge that we were even there. And once we got our food after 15 mins. There was a hair in it! Then waited at the counter for another 5 mins to let them know that there was a hair in it. The only good thing was that they made the new burrito very quick.

Update 1/14/17: nothings changed. Still ridiculously show, even inside... :- Previous review: I agree with the others. Something has gone wrong here! Been waiting in line in the drive-thru for what seems like forever! And there were only 4-5 cars in front of me. Slowest service Ive had anywhere.

As others have recently mentioned, this location is terrible. Slowest service of any Taco Bell Ive been to, with wait times been 10 and 30 minutes whether you order inside or the drive thru. You also end up having to shout at the drive thru because they cant hear over the sound of traffic.

Bad very bad service ! extreme rude ! I was at the drive threw at 7:00 when they open I had to wait till 7:10 and called I could see people inside but they refused to awser the phone. then when they did finally take my order they where very rude and gave me mean looks .

Went yesterday to get some double deckers and nachos, and it was the biggest mistake Ive made. I got food poisoning from here I was puking and had diarrhea throughout the night It was not a pleasant experience and Ill never eat here or from any taco Bell again

8:40 pm on a Wednesday night, 3 cars in front of us, and it took 33 minutes to be able to place our order. Two of the cars ahead, after receiving their food, had to go inside because their order was wrong. Wont be going back to this place again.

I dont know what happened in the last year but this place has fell apart. Everytime I give them another chance its the same. Im talking about the 20-40minute wait inside or dt. And its been like this for at least 5 months now. Just aweful

Open til 2am most of the time. I have come to this taco bell way too many times and would return any time. They used to have a terrible reputation for not getting your order right but that has not happened to me in years.

Worst customer service and longest wait at a fast food place ever. 30+ minutes for food, workers just standing around, the line outside and inside is crazy. Avoid this place, it is consistently terrible.

Slowest service ever! Its been bad for the last couple months, always new people working. Takes 30min to go through drive thru so I went inside and it takes even longer. Dont understand wtf is going on.

This taco bell is obscenely slow on a regular basis in the evening. It is literally faster to drive to a different location. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes wasting your gas in the drive thru.

Probably the nastiest Taco bell Ive ever seen. Trash everywhere. And poor customer service. I wont be coming back. Wasted almost 30 minutes for 2 items as I watch people just leave
