In July I was double charged for an order. I was told that I would need to bring in a copy of my bank records and that it would be fixed in about a week. It is now November and Ive visited the location 4 times only to be told today that there isnt anyway for them to do anything about it. The workers are perfectly pleasant but someone should have a discussion with the manager on proper handling in situations like this one.

Went there at 9:50 pm to pick up dinner after work.when I arrived the counter person /managerwas approaching the door to tell me the dinning room was closed and had to use the drive through.being on foot I was refused service again.u pon leaving I noticed the hours of operation on the door.it said dinning room closes at 10 pm.so why was I refused service.

Drive through has been fast, friendly and accurate each time Ive gone through. I went in once, and it took about 20 minutes to get my food. It is important to note, that there was a new girl on the till, but even still, 20 mins after my order is placed is a long wait. I feel like they put most of their effort into the drive through.

order took 25 minutes with one other guy in line, ordered large fries and got half a box full of soggy cold fries, my sourdough jack that I asked not to have cheese came with cheese, 10 piece chicken nugget came with 9 cold nuggets. ruined my first time in jack in the box this place totally blows

0100 hrs its the only place open, so unless you are drunk as ----, just wait till morning. Soggy fries, grease ball tacos that are made fresh last week. Jumbo jack just thrown together with A LOT of mustard. Shining moment... Uhhhh.... The Coke was good!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have gotten at any fast food restaurant my entire life, and thats no small feat. Extremely rude attitude, incorrect order, I wanted to go back in time and never stop here.

Refused to serve a bicycle commuter in drive through 10 minutes before lobby opened. Cited safety reasons even though not a car in sight. For an otherwise bicycle friendly city, this car centric bias is unacceptable.

They are always understaffed so it might take a few extra minutes but the employees bust their butts and do it smiling. Ive been many times and have never caught an ounce of attitude or passive aggression.

Extremely slow service, and person preparing food couldnt be bothered to use gloves or wash hands when moving between cash register and food prep. Very unsanitary, and bathroom disgusting.
