I know that they were busy because of eclipse traffic, but it was beyond poor service. When placing our order i asked for mini muffins and he entered mini pancakes on the register. I corrected him and got a brush off saying I would get muffins. Receipt read pancakes and thats what I got handed. Told them I ordered the muffins and they finally corrected the order. Had to go to counter and repeatedly check on our order as every 2nd one was wrong and we got passed over. Finally got our order after standing at counter and refusing to be ignored. They WERE NOT prepared for the influx even though they had plenty of warning.

It appeared they were understaffed for the lunch rush, and no one in the line to order had even been greeted and told to please wait a couple minutes. After about 5 minutes of not hearing anything, I chose somewhere else to eat.

Poor service and slow. Kitchen is uncoordinated with wait staff and got almost every order while we were there wrong. That confusion caused everything to be slow. Waited almost 30 mins for a breakfast.

this has to be the slowest jack in the box ever. drive thru got the priority, most burgers and fries were cold. the order was all wrong too. worst place ever. go somewhere else.
