Honestly you can pass on this restaurant and go to burger king or another restaurant nearby they have the worst customer service especially if they make your order wrong even if you talk to the manager they will tell you that you dont have to pay for your order that was made incorrectly and theyll change their mind and tell you that you have to pay for the order they made wrong after they take your receive and throw your food to the garbage!!! WARNING **** My experience: I Ordered a veggie cantina bowl with no cheese no sour cream no avocado ranch , 3 chalupas with beans no cheeses no sour cream, 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito with no cheese and received a wrong order: I received a Catina bowl veg with no rice And 2 cheesy bean burritos with cheese when I ordered no cheeses I called so that I can get it remade I went through the drive thru told me to pull over to the window the cashier lizbeth G told me they would remake it and I gave her my receipt and the food that was made incorrectly and they told me to pull over so that they can attend their other costumers so after 8 min they remade the cantina bowl and the 2 bean and rice burritos but made the rice and beans burrito with cheese again so I had to go back to the drive thru and ask them to remake them and she told me she would not charge me so I pull up to the window give her the burritos that were made incorrectly again and she threw them away and after 2 min the manager comes and tells me they cannot make them because they have to charge me for them because they are remaking them? I think that was not a great way to solve the problem especially when I the costumer paid for 2 burritos that were never made correctly and especially after they told me they wouldnt charge me for remaking them after they threw the burritos away so I just gave them free money for something I never received. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They lost a customer will never be going back ever! Id rather drive to the Taco Bell in brooks and have my order done right and get better customer service there! Just waisted gas going back all the way from my house for nothing plus lost money on my order! I didnt want to argue with the manager and left with nothing!! Definitely did make a customer complaint on the website of Taco Bell!

This is the worst Taco Bell ever!! I keep giving them more chances and it continues to the longest waiting time in town. After spending 30 minutes in the drive through each time, I decided to go inside to order and see for myself what in the world was going on in there. They actually make one order at a time!! I watched them barely moving in the kitchen to the point it was ridiculous. They spent more time talking to each other and were not at all concerned about customers. I was there for 25 minutes and they kept telling me my order was coming!! If you say anything they make you wait longer!! Whoever manages this place needs to be fired and so do the employees that work there!! So tonight was my breaking point!! I timed them in the drive thru. I placed my order and waited 23 minutes to get to the window and 18 minutes at the window with cars backed up as far as I could see !! I was livid!! Ive been there when every car in the drive-thru started honking their horns and others that finally have had enough and leave!! I guess they dont care if they lose money. When you finally get your order (taco salad) theres no fork or napkins...and then youre so pissed you dont even want to eat it...Go inside and see for yourself. Its unbelievable!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I was very disappointed on my last visit, the girl who call herself a manager is a JOKE, very rude and with a nasty attitude, just because i didnt want any ice on my soda she gave me attitude then i asked her for the manager and with worse attitude than before she said: I AM THE MANAGER, that is not customer service, that is not the best way to deal with the public, I am a paying customer, I am not asking anything for free, nobody deserve to be treated the way she treated me, I will not be back at this location ever again and I know that the owner doesnt give a rats behind because the restaurant is located next to I-5 and will always be busy or so he thinks! but the least I can do is spread the word on how their customer service skills are very poor!! if you want to be treated w/o attitude when you order food DONT GO TO TACO BELL IN WOODBURN OREGON!!!

Came in the lobby at 6:30 on a Sunday, and waited over five minutes before the family in front of me was helped with taking their order. As I waited, I was observing the cooks on the line work at the slowest of snail paces. There was absolutely no hard work or rush in their step, despite having three large orders on their screens. I personally watched one line worker take five minutes to stuff and wrap two tacos, Im not even exaggerating. The line workers on the drive thru side were walking around and chatting, and not getting any food made. My first job was at Taco Bell, and I was a manager there for almost two years and I would have never dreamed of taking my job so leisurely and nonchalantly, especially in a rush! I ended up walking out after the family in front of me was served, and the cashier disappeared again without helping me or the gentleman behind me.

Worst taco bell ever so far, could have just been an off day. But the cashier wanted my personal 4 digit code for my debit card since their machine wasnt working, not recommended anyone should share that my burrito had all the added ingredients in one bite and when trying to order I had to repeat the order over 5 times which would be fine but she was laughing while asking me to repeat my order. Just unprofessional and poorly made burrito.

This has gotta be the 18th or 19th time I have been through the drive thru and been shorted multiple items on a 25-30 dollar order. Honestly how hard can it be to look at a slip of paper ... See that it consists of 6 or 7 items , and get them into a papet bag ?!?!?! $15.00 per hour would be a flippin joke.... And a free taco is really not worth the hassle of driving 5 miles back to get what I already paid for.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst service non fast food place Ive ever been to. My wife and I were stuck for 50 minutes in their drive thru after ordering. We could have driven to other Taco Bells 12-15 miles away and gotten back during the time we waited. Always check your order as well, more than likely you got someone elses.

One of the worst taco bells I have ever been to! Can barely understand the workers at the drive thru.. And the food everytime I go is stale like it has been sitting out for quite some time, and they put way too much sauce in my food, too the point where half of my burrito is beans and sauce! No excuses!! I love tacobell but this place is pathetic!
