Put in order at lunch. The restaurant was almost empty. We were dining in. It took at least 15 minutes to get our order. When we received our bacon cheese burger, fries, and mac and cheese cheetos, the burger and fries were cold. There was only 1 person making sandwiches. One employee was texting on her phone while another was just sitting in the office. Finally she comes out and drops the cheetos. And told me that there is another 2 min wait which ended up around 7 to 10 mins. Poorest service i have ever seen. Will never eat at this location again.

I will never go here again. I had to wait for at least 30 or more minutes in the drive through. I got a shake, a burger, chicken frys, and their mac n cheese thing. The shake was wrong, the mac n cheese things were old, and we didnt even get our burger. The kid at the window was nice and said sorry for the wait but they were very clearly WAY understaffed. Im sorry but as an owner you better get your ass over there and work at your store if you cant staff it properly. Especially in the summer on a Saturday night!

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been too. Been here a couple of times because its close to our house and my son likes their cheese burger kids meal. Tried to brush off as bad days but I will go to another location. Not worth the headache. So many things wrong at this location I am surprised corporate has not shut them down.

Done with this location, absolutely DONE!!! You have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, they were rude and saying vulgar comments through the speaker as I pulled away after oredering, they ripped my money out of my hand when I went to pay for my meal, and you have a guy selling drugs out of the store

Didnt get more order right had to drive back I will never eat at Burger King again its not the first but will be the last I get better food at jacksons gas station on 206th on sandy Blvd fairview oregon and they at least train their employees on how to get your food and everything else right!

Of all Burger Kings I have been to, this has been the best experience by far. Food quality was the same as always but the Manager was extremely professional, helpful with whatever I needed, and an incredibly hard worker to keep his restaurant in check and good standing.

This burger King was not open Friday night until 12 am. They turned their lights off at 11:43 pm as I was pulling into parking lot. 11:45 pm Friday night 2/17/17 employee walked out the door, and locked it up. So No they do not stay open until 12 am. Very disappointing.
