Bland food and very slow service. Tried it out a few weeks ago during a busy time of night and the staff were more concerned with talking amongst each other than actively engaging with their customers. Was in line for 5 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged by staff. There just wasnt that buzz of energy from the staff that you expect from a fast food joint, especially during a dinner rush. As a latecomer in the area, they are really going to need to jump start their customer service efforts before they lose too many more customers.

Enjoyable food and great service from the guy behind the counter! The girl who wrapped my burrito took a while and had to double wrap it because it tore but it says delicious! I like how they dont charge for guacamole like Chipotle!

Honestly the best chicken teriaki ive ever had had. You can see my picture that they have the largest portion of everything Ive ever seen. Come in and fall in love I know I did and its my first time lol.

Burrito monday. Walked in one person making the food. Manager or supervisor taking money. Two other roaming around. Took the one guy about 15 minutes to get through the 6 people in front of me.

The food is great. But for a restaurant with minimal cooking it shouldnt take 30 min. To make your food. The employees need a little more hustle in their step!!!

Just an extension of Chipotles. If you like Qdobas parent restaurant, youll like this place. I know a lot of people love this food, but I find it just meh.
