This morning (6:00am) I sat at the drive-through for five minutes waiting for the menu board to turn on. After five minutes I moved up to the drive-through window and sat there for another three or four minutes. I finally called the restaurant and talked to a lady and asked her what time they opened up. She told me 6 AM. Well by now it was 10 minutes after six. I had told her that Ive been waiting at the drive-through window. She apologized and we hung up. I sat there for a few more minutes. By this time it was almost 15 minutes after 6 oclock. I gave up and just drove away. The bad thing about this is its the fourth time this is happened to me at the same store in two months. Stupid me for even going back after the first time.

Went into establishment at 9:45 am for breakfast. Entire floor was so greasy it was like walking on an ice skating rink. Just standing in one place was difficult as my feet kept sliding apart as if I were doing the splits. Im assuming that when it was mopped the previous night, the mop was most likely caked in grease from the kitchen and then spread throughout the rest of the store. The only floor that wasnt slippery was in the womens bathroom. I ordered two sausage biscuit sandwiches and was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait. I said I couldnt wait that long was was given the sandwiches on croissants. The sandwiches were very cold and I ended up giving them to the birds. Wont be back.

Ive been here before, and its generally not great, but this time has been the worst ever. Ive waited over 20 minutes for my food, so far! It smells like dirty grease, and its not particularly clean. Restrooms are for customers only, probably because because theyre just off a highway, but still... You have to ask for ketchup and napkins, too.... After 25 minutes I asked about my order, was further ignored for 5 more minutes, and finally joined another customer in demanding a refund. This was not "just one order", everyone else was waiting too, but eventually got their orders. Quite possibly the very worst experience Ive ever had.

I pulled up to the drive thru window at 6:04 AM for a quick breakfast. I ordered a meal with sausage and tater-tots. When I pulled up to pay, I was told their fryers were not warmed up so the sausage and tater-tots were not available at that time. I was offered bacon as an alternate for the sausage and I was just out of luck on the tater-tots. I went someplace else for breakfast. It is my opinion, if you are open for business then should be ready to serve everything that is shown on your menu.

My family and I just left this location. The girl working the drive-thru was rude and had a horrible attitude. The food was cold, the burgers were dry (very little sauce), the fries were soggy, my wife asked for onion rings but was given fries instead. We werent asked if we wanted sauce. They didnt give us napkins or a receipt. The only thing they did get right was the drinks. I suggest to go somewhere else. Horrible service and poor food

Bit into some sort of chicken "organs" in my sandwich. Many veins and ventricles. I know sometimes stuff gets overlooked, and it is just fast food, but that was the most expensive sandwich they had. I just threw it in the garbage and left without saying anything. I was too disgusted to have an appetite anymore. It sucks when that happens because it just may be an isolated case, but the experience made it so Ill never eat there again.

Entitled kids with managers that dont manage. Not very ckean. Orders always messed up and you never drive away without checking fir napkins, dip, etc. You ask, they ignore. Perhaps they should be teaching these millenials and moronic managers civil discourse before they hire them. Not giving them anymore of our business. They should look at their 2% rating and figure out to run a business.

Absolutely love this little Burger King. Laura always greets me in the morning with her sassy orange glasses. Shes funny, my order is always right, and they are so easy taking mobile coupons without making a big deal about it. Quick, friendly, maintained Burger King. Its my neighborhood store that I proudly support.

Worst customer service ever. They messed up my order then told me that I would have to pay for a second order and wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back on the first order. And when I told them it was unacceptable and I want my car back they yelled at me and told me I was rude. As I said the worst customer service ever.

I rarely go there but when I do, I dont think I have ever come way with what I ordered. They take forever to get your food. Its often over-cooked. If I didnt like their onion rings so much Id never go there.
