I decided to give this Popeyes a try again. Last time, was about 4 months ago. Ordered to go inside and waited for over 20 minutes for 10 piece mild chicken. Today, went through drive-thru seeing it was crowded inside. Ordered and proceeded to pay at the window. Paid and was told it would be nine minutes for 10 piece mild chicken...again. I agreed and went to park. I waited for over 20 minutes when I decided to go in to the restaurant to see what is taking so long. As I got to the door, I saw the employee run out to meet me at the door to hand me my order. She apologized and then proceeded to make an excuse as to why it took my order 25 minutes. She blamed a new employee who liked to erase orders and they forgot that the order was not filled, they thought my ordered had been filled. Basically, my order was sitting on the counter while they were waiting for 10 pieces of mild chicken. When I got home, my order of Mac & Cheese had spilled over as they put the order on its side. I like Popeyes Chicken. Ive gone to the various locations throughout Portland, Gresham, Milwaukie, and so forth...this by far is the worst one. I cant in good conscience recommend eating at this particular Popeyes establishment. There is one in Troutdale and NE 82nd and Freemont, I recommend going to either one of those before going to this particular establishment.

Ive been eating Popeyes my whole life, mostly from the ones on MLK, even if they messed up, they would go above and beyond. However today I got two five dollar boxes, they forgot to put in my biscuits. I was okay with hoping the Chicken would be what Ive experienced but nope... I tried to return it and they wouldnt exchange it. Now the chicken was cold and burnt. Its really sad to see a once great company that had great food and customer service get ruined by workers and managers that cant provide what Popeyes use to stand for.

They have very VERY bad customer service. Very long wait in drive thru, I had second thoughts of this place once i saw the signs and where the intercom was. When i finally ordered and got to the window two cars later, they forgot my order! I thought it would be okay once i left, even thought about checking if we got everything but we didnt just wanted to get out because of the wait (BIG MISTAKE). once i got home NO BISCUITS! the #1 thing i wanted. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

absolutely horrible. will never eat there again. half filled container side dishes, extremely small pieces of chicken as in baby chickens, biscuit pieces instead of a biscuit, this used to be a place to look forward to eating at, McDonalds Chicken Nuggets would be better than this, and I HATE McDonalds. Screw this place. Save your money and eat somewhere else. Im writing corporate as soon as I get done writing this.

It took over 20 minutes to get my food. At the 20 minute mark, I finally went back to the counter and asked why I havent received my food yet. The cashier said it was because they have a new cook and he was slow. However, immediately after saying that, she turned around and started to fill my order. ALL of the food, $43 worth, was ready to be boxed. It took her almost 5 minutes to get it all together.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. EVERYYYY single time Ive gone here, Ive been disappointed. One time I sat in their drive thru for 20 minutes (Im not exaggerating) and they didnt even have the decency compensate my time!! Ugh!! AVOID AT ALL COST and take the extra 8 minutes and go to frontage road Popeyes. Not to mention the chicken pieces are smaller than my FINGER!

Went through drive through and they missed one of the things we ordered but when we went to get it they gave us two(large red beans and rice!) The chicken tenders I had were sort of dry but I think the worst thing is that I have the worst gastrointestinal pain Ive ever had in my life for 2 days now! It started like an hour after I ate my food. DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS FOOD

Oh man, what can I say, I LOVE this place! The chicken strips and biscuits are always on par with home cooked ones! Ive never had more than a few minute wait for my food (dine-in, havent tried drive-thru) and they are always pretty nice and energetic behind the counter!

They werent the nicest or most patient but they gave me decent sized chicken and everything I ordered in a good amount of time. Werent no half filled containers. Even gave me a free large soda. It wasnt bad. I would go to this one again. But the one in MLK is the best

If i can give negative, I will. Very bad and slow service. Only us in the dining, takes 20 mins to get our food ready? Nuggets take 15 mins to cook??? Impolite staff. The only reason were coming back is the fried chicken. But the staff? Unacceptable.

First of all, I ordered an 8-piece family dinner. Came with 4 tiny chicken wings and a thigh, plus a breast. Overcooked and Greasy for 22 bucks. Mac and cheese commercial grade. Made KFC look Gourmet. Ill never go back!

Just went with the hubby for lunch. Paid 21.99 for each to have over cooked small portioned chicken strips, very small mac n cheese, a dry biscuit and drinks. Very dissappointed
