It took over 10 minutes to get my order, when I did get it there was not enough sauce, very dry. So I went to the counter and asked. When I did so a employee in the drive through said to charge me for sauce, I disagreed and they got very rude and with attitude told me I will need to talk to his manager. The only good thing from this visit was the managers ability to calmly fix the issue with a smile although I know he was irritated and seemed flustered. Whether at me or his employee. As for the Employee, I have never in l my 13 years of fast-food career experiance, would imagine being SO RUDE and calluse to a guest. And I let that person know their behavior was unnessicary. I understand being a busy restaurant and possiably under staffed. However there was no sense of urgency from them. The front counter guy is either new or lacks for care of his job. The person making the food for front/diningroom seem to take her time. Everyone in the dining area waited a minimum of 10 minutes for food and we were given no ETA on the food. My guess is that drive through was the focus of speed and the customer service for front fell flat. From my personal opinion it was a bad experiance, However from my professional opinion it was a disaster. In all the time waiting at the front no one stepped in to help front. The guy up front laughed and smiled and lacked professionalism As well as threw the rest of the store" under the bus" so to speak. This store lacks in respectful employeess and a manager who knows what is going on. I personally will never reccomend or speak in a positive manner of this store. I will stick to the stores who have hired well mannered and respectful employees. Fast food jobs can suck, I understand all to well. But the experiance added with the uncalled for disrespect and disregard for the people who supply his paycheck. That was unexcused. Sure hope that person gets written up.

I wish I could give a negative review. This place is awful. Ive gone their twice since Ive moved here a few weeks ago and I will never return and make sure everyone I know never goes here, ever. I always get the chicken chalupa meal. I specifically ask for no sour cream and make sure to repeat it multiple times. I am very allergic to it. Of course, they put sour cream on it. I live 15 minutes away, so I cant just turn around and take it back. To top off the sour cream, the chicken was so dry I actually pulled it out to see if it was wood. Needless to say, I couldnt even eat them. So I just went with the crunchy taco it comes with. They should change the name from "crunchy" taco to "stale" taco. Absolutely awful. I would say they couldnt have screwed up the drink. But of course, they did. The lid wasnt even on it wehen they handed it to me and I spilled a decent amount all over my lap. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want horrible food.

I went through the drive through and proceeded to open the wrapping around my burrito. This is what I saw. THREE. SHORT. CURLY. COARSE. BLACK. HAIRS. Accompanied by lint. Sitting on top of my burrito. I will never ever go to this establishment, if you can even call it that, again. I havent been to another Taco Bell since and I probably wont for a long time. I understand hair gets in food from time to time. But I would think it would be a no brainer to check for pubic hair or beard hair or whatever and lint on the food before you serve it to a customer. It seemed almost deliberate, it was sitting on top, the hairs side by side. I was too disgusted and horrified to go in and ask for my money back. I threw it and my other unopened burrito out the window, which was not the best thing to do but at the time I just wanted the food away from me. Absolutely disgusting. Dont go here. Unless you want to risk it.

Went through the drive through and it took FOREVER! Ever heard of a grill for the people who order a lot of food?! After I got my food the put my double chalupa in upside down in my box and it spilt all over the table! Plus there was no mean in to begin with. Other food was cold as well. Will not be returning to this place again.

I go here often but it has slowly declined ever since Phil stopped working the window. They forgot my items and so I drove back and got them and found hair in them. Just go across the street to mcdonalds, theyre better.

Service with a smile. Any messed up orders are quickly remedied without any issues. Cashiers make sure orders are correct every time and if they arent at time of serving they personally see to its correction

It opens at 7am with a full menu. The drive thru is quick and efficient. The $5 box is such a good deal though that you feel forced to buy it, and I ignore their other quality items.

Really annoying that this location requires your ID when using a card, only one I know of. If someone stole my identity I doubt theyd go to taco bell.
