This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell in my life! We waited over 15 minutes for our order and there was only seven customers in the store! When I went to go find out why our order was not ready, I realize that it had been sitting on the counter for 7 minutes because they called the wrong name on the order. Whoever put the order on the counter obviously wasnt paying attention to the computer to tell him who the order belong to. They called out the name for the person that just left , and when people told him that the name he called was the person that just left he Shrugged and said there must be two of them. Our food was cold, bland and probably unsafe to eat considering it been sitting without a heat lamp for over 5 minutes. If I get sick in the next 3 days I know exactly where Im turning to to pay my medical bills. The manager claims they are understaffed and apologizes yet at the same time in the same breath, tells an off the clock employee in front of the entire store, that his paycheck was overpaid and he will be getting a garnishment on his next check. This is horrible business practice and customer service, horrible interactions and just outright unpleasant experience for any restaurant anywhere. I will never visit this location again. I cant even get information on who the management company is or the franchisor for this restaurant, nobody wants to give up any information. I finally found out that it is franchised by a place called Pacific bells in Vancouver Washington, I called them and was sent to a voicemail. Well see what happens from there. Again this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell in my entire life.

As a former employee from this company I have a lot I could say.... but let me try and sum up my experiences here.. The owners before the ones now... Were totally and completely rude and did not care about their employees or the manager that was trying his hardest to keep that company strong. He quit, and after he did a bunch of amazing people fell off the wagon after he did. I have reasons to believe that the owner and his wife willingly sold the store after they stole a bunch of money from it and pissed off one to many genuine employees who cared for the Taco Bell corporation.. the RGM they replaced the really good one with was nothing but a rule breaking, hypocritical, lieing pill Popper who ironically enough is now working in the pharmacy at Walmart.... Some of the staff their genuinely like being there but their are many who are just there for the "easy money".. they knowingly hire thugs, twins, and rude people in general who are none the less "good actors" They treat them like gold because they are funny. If you like getting your tacos from hungry ass holes and 17 year old know it alls then this is the taco hell for you.. if not I highly recommend driving the extra blocks to go to another location. Ive waited a long time to post this review.. I surely hope maybe someone tries to change that place for the better.. or a health inspector does their job more thoroughly because the health of the employees should ALWAYS come first before they say "we have a good crew", just because they ACT happy. UPDATE: Interesting how another Jennifer Barnes is now leaving reviews...

Gave this location multiple chances. Typical wait time is 15-20 min regardless if they have 20 customers or 1. Drive thru or lobby. Food tastes like it typically does. Overall quality is down the drain. Which is typical of a place that has open interviews every week. Today we got a $5 box, got home (1 block away) and the taco bottoms fell out. Both ends of burritos not folded correctly. Cheasy gordita crunch was more like a cheasy gordita mush. Ive even been there first thing in the morning when they opened and and there was debris ( cups, lids, straw wrappers, cheese, dirt) under the front counter. Im not trying to be a cynical ass here. Ive worked for Taco Bell (Weber Enterprise) before and we ran a tight ship. 3 min drive thru window times and a clean location.

Very unhappy. Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins, then to find out the first thing I order wasnt even on the receipt(soft Taco supreme). Thats what I came for in the first place. Had to go inside and wait 7 more mins. Ya I got the Taco supreme free, but now my food is cold. Im now going to have to take the meat out heat it up and then eat. Why cant you guys be like the ones in Eugene? Their Efficient, fast service, and friendly. I guess for now on I have to go to Eugene to get my Taco Bell. I honestly dont think I should have to pay for my food. I honestly believe I should get my money back.

This is a weird Taco Bell. Most seem to have drive thrus opened late. I went here late tonight. Around 11 after work and was told they were closed. Didnt seem to say it that nicely either. I have been here when they were opened and it is about average service. Not the worst but could be better. Service tends to be slow. I went to the main and 42nd St location instead which seems to be a better location anyway. Although, my sister used to work at this taco bell for a little bit. Not surprised it isnt good from the stories she told me. She was the best in the crew. She got a better job though.

This is the slowest Taco Bell that I have ever experienced. We went inside and ordered to stay and eat. Staff did not seem to care about anything. It took 20 minutes to receive our food after ordering. The floor at the drink station was sticky. The counter was dirty. The lids and straws at the drink station were out and a customer actually offered to restock them so he could get his drink. At one point after receiving our order the cashier disappeared to go on his break and three customers walked in md there was no one to help them and cook staff ignored them.

Feb 2nd, 2008 Went by taco bell on mohawk at 11:40pm, their hours clearly showed open till midnight and we were ignored by their two female workers inside. They saw us, we flashed our headlights and honked, nobody took our order. We drove to the window and honked again, they just sat in the back staring at us and would not come to the window. This franchise has just lost a customer for life. I would recommend NOT going to this location if these are the types of workers the owner is going to hire.

The last 3 times I visited this store it has taken over 20 min to get my order, one time it took 43 minutes, and then the order isnt correct. Ive seen at least a dozen customers get their money back and cancel their order. When I complained to the manager, heres what she said, "Well Im sorry if you cant understand that this is a training facility and orders take longer." SERIOUSLY!! No apologies for the long wait or anything. I wont be back until they fix whatever is the problem with that store.

Ridiculous wait times. Last visit in the drive through was 48 MINUTES! Give me a f****** break. Upscale restaurants push food faster than making a damn burrito at T-bell. The cashier asked me 4 times if Id like sauce and did not put it in the bag. This has happened more than once. Theyve also been closed when they were supposed to be open. Just an awful experience.
