The food was absolutely vile. I have honestly heard nothing but bad things about this place but I decided to give it a chance anyway. You never know, right? Well, that was a bad decision. The bread was stale and toasted until rock hard, the pasta was drenched in oil. It actually looked like noodle soup... no joke! I drained it onto the "appetizer" dish and it overflowed that! Everything very clearly came from a bag or frozen. Even the french fries were like stale Ore idas brand -- you know, the 99 cent bag from the frozen section of the grocery store. My friends "Med-rare" burger was a flavorless hockey puck. I decided to take it home to my dogs and they wouldnt even eat it --- Not even kidding a little bit. And they eat sticks and grass if given the chance. The pasta I got was clearly tossed in my bowl from a giant batch in the back and then doused with oil. No seasonings. Nothing. Literally nothing. 15 bucks for 23 cents worth of garbage noodles and tasteless, charred chicken. I could only eat a couple bites and now I feel sick to my stomach and disgusting. I swear I usually only like to give positive feedback about places but this one is definitely worth warning others about. If youre thinking about going here, dont! Go to the Klondike across the street or even the local dive bar, The Pour House, has 5-star food compared to this place.

A little over 3 years ago, we tried this restaurant. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. Once they gave you your food......they basically ignored you until you drew thier attention to the fact that you were finished and would like the bill. Tonight (4/18/2012) we deicded to give it another try. I was SURE that we must have caught them on an "off night" before. I was wrong. We were seated pretty quickly. 4 other tables were seated AFTER us. 3 of the 4 tables were served water, had thier drink order filled, and 2 of the tables ordered thier dinner. Meanwhile.....my wife and I hadnt even been acknowledged, in any way. Not even a glance or an "Ill be right with you" nod. 2 servers walked past us 5 times, helping the other tables. We counted the trips, in disbelief of such poor service. We were seated in the MIDDLE of the restaurant, with other diners not more than 4 feet away in any direction, yet it seemed that we were invisible. We left without notice. We actually passed a server that was seating yet another table, again, with no acknowledgement of our existence. 2 times weve tried this restaurant...........one time with poor service, and the second time with NO service. We wont be foolish enough to try again, and will do our best to inform our friends of our experience. Jammie Lile

Perfect weather to sit on patio. Service was great. Waiter was on point during the entire night. Food was good. I had the Shanghai crispy chicken salad. Sweet and spicy with blue cheese crumbles and other mix-ins in addition to the regular salad- peas, beets, bacon (mmmm) included. Wife had the lemon herb chicken. Again she liked it. Son had steakhouse burger and gave his thumbs up. Considering it was his 6th burger in the 8th day of vacation, I consider him an expert. Dockside hit the trifecta. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Well done.

The food and service here are great! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and I thought the sauce was a little bland, but my wife loved her salad and my kids loved their burger. They checked in with us 3 or 4 times after we got our food to make sure everything was okay. Im used to being checked in 0 to 1 time during a meal. Thanks! We also had a good time coloring on the paper table topper.

We are regulars. Have been for years. This sat 9/12/15 we have had very mediocre service and have been waiting 20 min for salads. My fave drink, a perfect margarita, couldnt be made cause bartender didnt have recipe for it. Disappointed since we come here often. Hopefully just a very off day...3:00 pm

Delicious fish and chips with not too much batter for my granddaughter and chopped chicken club salad for me! Special attention to the great-granddaughter who loves her little bowl of beets,chicken noodle soup! Dockside staff are super accomodating.

If the people are on hand to make it...they do an amazing pseudo Sangria!! The plates are WAY more than one can eat. Salads always fresh. Service is excellent. Steaks are sooooo good. The warm bread they bring out covered in garlic...cant be beat!

AMAZING Spaghetti....which is my favorite food...so Im particularly picky about my spaghetti! The crispy chicken salad with honey mustard is AWESOME too!!! Oh and the lemon drops are BOMBBBBB!!!!! One of my FAV places to eat in St Helens!

I used to eat here about a hundred years ago. Food and drinks were good back then, hope they havent changed to much. Maybe in another hundred years I will go back and eat and drink there again.

FOOD IS GOOD AND HOT. HAVE ENJOYED EATING HERE. WE ARE ONLY IN THIS AREA FOR JUST A FEW MONTHS DURING THE YEAR AND WE HOPE TO GET BACK FOR A FEW MORE TIMES BEFORE WE HAVE TO LEAVE.
