The food has never been bad but there is something up with how that place is being run. None of the staff are rude or anything, but orders take forever, you can hear them in the kitchen saying theyre missing part of orders or that things were never started, or they dont know what to give people, and they always seem understaffed. Id think this would just be a bad day one day, but its been that way every time Ive been, which was a few times over quite a few months. Like I said, the staff arent bad, and the food is good, definitely on the positive side of food Ive gotten from Burger King before. As far as Burger Kings food as a whole, its pretty good and decently well priced. If you want a fast food burger, but you want something that tastes and feels better than McDonalds or other cheap fast food places, Burger King will do well.

Its not bad honestly. The only thing I was disappointed at was their mushrooms. I got the mushroom swiss, its my fav burger of all time from any place. And I love Sault. But this place put so much Sault on their mushrooms that i could nearly ear it. Its as if they put those mushrooms in Sault for the winter. Besides that its a good place

Dont even eat here. ..Im in foodservice and I can tell you...the staff doesnt care here anymore. ..its not what it used to be....when you go to burgerking you think your gonna get burgerking. ....not a cold supposed to be hot...I dont even know what. Dont eat here beware.....be very aware. .

I have stopped being a fan of Burger King since I was in 8th grade. After that, never again. Although I visited the restaurant a few days ago, to taste it due to their coupons, but other than that, my kids and I agreed, Burger King is a BIG NO and never ever again.

Typical fast-food experience (via Drive-Thru). The order box is a little raspy--apparently on both ends, as the person taking my order had to ask me to repeat at least twice; but otherwise, the food was decent, and the wait was relatively short.

This is the second time we have been to this location and the second time that the employee was rude. They act like its an imposition to wait on us. We will stick to the Eugene location.
