We were lured in by the reviews. Nice service, but the food.... A decent BBQ joint should make its own BBQ sauce. They proudly list Sweet Baby Rays on the menu, the same way a cafe will list the source of their coffee. Speaking of listing ingredients, the average price of a hamburger here is around $13. The cheapest is almost $8, for the junior. They go up to $17+. Theres no mention of meat quality or source and the fries were from the freezer, beans from a can.... Heres my take: I like funky cheap dives that serve food in baskets. Usually the food isnt healthy and most of the ingredients are processed/canned... But thats fine, because theyre cheap. I also like nicer places that make it clear youre getting quality food and they make their own bread etc so you dont mind paying more. This place is charging higher end prices for dive food. Also its Im the middle of nowhere, saddled by trailer parks. Again, the service was great. I cant fault then on that.

The Snack Shack Jumbo burgers are the best. 1/2 pound of sizzling meat and cheese on a large bun with a delicious sauce, lettuce, onions and tomatoes if you want. Burgers are served with a generous portion of fries and a couple squeeze bottles of thousand island dressing and ranch dressing. Very flavorful and juicy. They do have smaller burgers for those with not so large an appetite and the double jumbo for those with supreme appetites. I have taken many people to the shack and those who ordered the burgers were impressed. I have not tried any of the other menu items, I just cant pass up the burgers when Im there.

I just had the most EXPENSIVE MUSHROOM, BACON CHEESEBURGER AND CHOCOLATE SHAKE in my life....$19.75. Anyone Remember Pulp Fiction?? Well check this out..... So, I just got a taste of a $9.00 shake.....BUT Wheres Vincent at..... I WANT A DANCE WITH THAT SHAKE....... I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE SNACK SHACK anytime soon or NOT EVER, YES THATS BETTER !!

Ive only been here once for lunch and the burger was great, Ill be back for another. The place is older looking and maybe not the best area but who cares when you can get a good lunch. Im lucky in that I dont work in the same area everyday and I get to try a new place every day and lucky I tried this place.

This place is amazing. When you walk into a restaurant and instantly feel welcome without anyone even having to greet you says a lot. Everyone looks happy and satisfied and stayed to eat. I loved the cashier she was so sweet. Gave me a soda on the house. I will definately be bringing my family back here!

Super nice lady taking orders. Dont judge it by its location or or outside appearance. If you get the pulled pork sandwich have then put the homemade slaw on top. Awesome!! Cant wait to come back and try the bbq ribs

wishing for a mom and pop kind of burger? This is the place to go. Comfortable and surprisingly fast service. Saw thier commercial, which peaked my curiosity. I encourage every one to at least try it once.

A small, easily passed by restaurant with amazing hickory smoked ribs. They also serve breakfast and lunch plates like burgers and snadwiches, and are fairly priced for the serving size

Its a small place but wow the burgers I had were amazing compliments to the sheff!!!!!!!! Little expensive but well worth it will definitely be going back highly recommended

Biskets and gravy was yuck over half of the biskets were still frozen gravy was ok dari marts better! Everything premade, frozen and was prepaired by a kid! Dont eat here.
