Entirely ran by goofy high school kids that are more concerned with socializing with each other then paying attention to their job. Have had no issues with the food itself but they mess the order up every single time. Literally the past ten times we have been there we have had to correct them at the window. Make sure you check your order every time. They will mess it up. A wrong flavored dilly bar here, no milk with the kids meal there, just small stuff but incorrect nonetheless. This last time tonight my wife ordered a cotton candy blizzard. When she took a bite it turned out to be vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. When I took it inside to get it fixed the sophomore told me they were out of the cotton candy flavor so he just put in sprinkles instead. I couldnt help but laugh. I wasnt even mad. I didnt even bother talking to the manager about my past 10 experiences there because she looked to be about 18 and I had a feeling it would fall on deaf ears anyway. She looked about as motivated as the rest of the kids. I was once there too working at Wendys but at least I had a decent manager to keep us in line. I wonder if the owners have any clue as to what is going on?!? Update: Tried to give them another chance and grabbed a cotton candy blizzard and took it home a few days later. It was the same thing. Vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Went back to the store a day later to talk to the manager. Again, it was a 19yo. She said she couldnt give me a blizzard because I didnt have the receipt even though I talked to her the night before when I called to complain. Talked to another manager a couple days later and she would not do it either. She said I could be making it up and have no proof that I was ever there. As I tried to explain the situation she continued to talk over me. When I said I was going to call corporate she taunted me and said go ahead and that she didnt care. At first this was funny but now Im actually pissed. I come here because of my kids but after being treated like this I will not spend another dime on this location. I am going to call corporate and have a field day with this. Downgraded to 1 star. Never again. Stay away from this place. They dont deserve our hard earned money. Have fun being out of high school and working at Dairy Queen. I bet your parents are proud. A$$ holes.

Ran by a bunch of high school dropouts that just need a job. Hey owners...try getting some new employees. They completley forgot our order and we were waiting for 20 minutes when nobody else was there. We went to go ask them where our order was and they said they didnt know we ordered, so they asked for a recipt... REALLY??? YOU DONT REMEMBER US FROM TWENTY MINUTES AGO?!?!?!?! THEY MADE US PULL THE RECIPT OUT OF THE TRASH!!!!!!! The resturant was a complete dump... Lets try fixing up the place!! There were rats in the reasturant. It terrified my child and put him to tears. I like taking my family out to dairy queen but this completley ruined my experience and broke my heart. I was not satisfied at all and never plan on coming back. Sorry to see you guys drag your name in the mud and drive yourselves into the ground.

Second time there. Both times employees more concerned with chatting it up and standing around than building a proper, quality meal. First time, I thought it was just an off night. Second time, nope, still crap. Ordered three grilled chicken meals (nasty rubber chicken) with three mint blizzards, and it was over 40 bucks. Then, I get home, the chicken sandwiches looked like they were THROWN together. Take a sip of Coke, and its DIET. All three. I did NOT order diet. Dont waste your time or ruin your evening, go somewhere else to eat. I will NOT be back again. Ever.

A very poorly ran establishment, there is dust built up so thick in almost every table and greasy slippery floors. The bathrooms are 10 times worse than that. The price for meals is not reasonable especially when the quality of food you get is either so old and dark from well over used oil or cold and hard my 3 year old wouldnt touch a fry. And the employees and manager are so busy playing around with their friends they dont even realize how unsatisfied customers just walked out withuut ordering. Way to make dary queen a place homeless people avoid

I had been there twice to order a chocolate shake. Both times they had given it to me COMPLETELY melted, and both times i asked them to give me one that is not melted. One of those times the person at the register told me to "pretend it is chocolate milk." because it was melted. This place is ran by a bunch of high school airheads that care more about the way they look rather than their customer service.

Personally waited 30 minutes during my lunch break from work for a 3 piece chicken strip lunch package. Everyone that was working besides employee Antonia, looked like they had no clue what was going on. Watched people that ordered after me, get their items first. Will review better once service has gotten better. I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews seeing as I rarely review anyone.

I had lunch there on my break. i was shocked to watch the two people making food, no gloves on and touching condiments with bare hands and were making up your burger. He was long haired and had swim trunks on was smoking off a vapor e-cig. The other person (female) was back in kitchen eating french fries off of orders!! I was horrified!!!! Wont go back and will spread the word!!

Were here right now, we love the 50s theme, but Wow this place is dirty. One if the other reviews said it was recently remodeled but I have a hard time believing that. Its filthy and could use a serious scrub down. Also, my mushroom Swiss burger had like 3 mushrooms on it, I thought they had forgotten the mushrooms entirely but no, there were 3...

Noticed that the staff in back processing and packaging the food are not wearing gloves. Also seeing staff at cash register playing with their hair then transferring and touching the food from being set up for here placed into to go boxes without washing their hands and staff also not wearing gloves.

This is without a doubt the worst Dairy Queen Ive been to in the state of Washington. Im under no illusion that this would be a fine dining experience, but the hamburger I was served was cold and my wife was served an exceptionally greasy hotdog between two hamburger buns. Would not eat again.

Design is nice, but I go to Dairy Queens all around Washington and Ive never had one give me a blizzard with almost no Oreos in an Oreo blizzard, and then a worker argue with me and then finally remake it, but put just the same, if not less Oreos in the new Blizzard. Very poor service.

Out of chocolate... Ordered 4 items and they made a mistake on 1 and overcharged us. Not impressed by the service or the location. Kids play area looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. Maybe it was just that day so we may give it another shot on another day.
