I love good Mexican food and I love this place. Although I only found it less than 2 months ago I have been there repeatedly, probably 7 or 8 times already. The food is excellent. Everything, right down to the salsa, is made right there on their own kitchen; nothing frozen or from a package. The Chiles Rellanos are definitely in the top 5 Ive had anywhere. And portion sizes will guarantee you wont leave hungry. Now this is NOT fast food. Since everything is made fresh the pace of the meal will be slower but good food takes time. If you want "fast" go to McDonalds. My only complaint is that I didnt find this excellent restaurant sooner so thats my fault. Go, you wont be disappointed!!!

I was really disappointed when my family and I decided to try this place. Food was good but took a longtime to come, 30-40 minutes. Our waiter was nice but. It very good on checking on us. Didnt even see him 90% of the time. It was not busy while we were there. We had to ask for silver ware and for refill on our water. Wasnt impressed with service or food. The food didnt seem any better than anywhere else weve eaten.

We chose a bad day to eat here, because apparently everyone working there was new on the job. Service was so slow several people left without ordering, one table left after they ordered. We got our food 50 minutes after we ordered and still never got our drinks. Probably the only time we go there. Oh, and the food was terrible. Im sure this doesnt happen all the time.

Service is always warm and welcoming. Food is consistent, and full of flavor but not overloaded with salt (unlike every other Mexican food place Ive found yet). I actually feel like Im getting my moneys worth, and the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with tastebuds.

this place is "the bomb"! good food, fine service, and dont forget the incredible cocktails that come out of the little bar! The ambiance is Ensenada meets Yachats, if that makes any sense. Its welcoming, homey, casual, and a refuge from the daily humdrum. On cold evenings the fireplace is a real treat.

Small, local, awesome. Great food, decent price, homey feeling. Salsa was a little burnt, and the seats are kind of low depending on where you sit. But other than those few minor pet peeves, absolutely wonderful. The people are extremely friendly and formal.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants Ive ever eaten at, and one of my favorites overall in Eugene/Springfield. Ive eaten here for abut nine years, and its very consistent. Kind, generous people, and Eliazar (the owner) rocks! Great food and drinks.

Moved here from San Diego 2 years ago and my family introduced me to Memos. Good food, excellent service, friendly people. Hot food from the kitchen. Watch out for Eli when he tries to entice a "Mexican Whiskey." Very good, smooth and a family secret.

Good prices but tiny portions. Chips were stale and it took a long time to get service and it was only me and one other table. I will not be returning. But then again Im from the south, I think this is about as good as it gets for the northwest.

Excellent place to eat. My daughter brings me here on my birthday every year and I bring her here on her birthdays. Service is excellent. Its wonderful to see people smiling while taking your order. They treat their customers good.

Love the enchiladas espinacas - vegetarian dish. Service is always friendly and good. Nice homey ambiance, although the booth seats were a little lumpy last time I was there. Heartily recommend.
