Ive been to several BWW locations so I had something to compare this experience to and luckily this isnt the typical Buffalo Wild Wings service but it was bad enough that we wont be returning to the Springfield location. First, we were seated, waited for our waitress to come take our drink order, then waited a long while for her to return to the table only to tell us that there were mixed drinks being made ahead of ours so it would still be a minute (we ordered a beer and lemonade) and quickly walked away. We had to wait another few minutes to see her again to ask for at least water in the meantime while we waited. She finally brought us water...when she brought our drinks. We ordered our food and never saw this waitress again. A guy brought us our food, missing parts of the order. We were eating at a restaurant where almost every food item is smothered in sauce but the only napkins we were given were the little ones our silverware was wrapped in. The chicken burger my husband ordered was so small we honestly wondered if they accidentally gave him the slider version of this item as Ive had the same thing at Portland locations and had to take half home because it was so big. No one came back to ask if we had gotten everything we needed, we had to track someone down to ask for the check. We will be sticking to Portland locations. Everyone else in Springfield/Eugene must have gotten the memo before we did as this is a fairly new location but on a Saturday evening there were only a handful of other groups in the restaurant.

I have been eating at Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time with my family of 10. We do not live in Springfield but were passing by. I buy gift cards and pay with them every week. A month ago I provided a gift card to an employee at this store. The gift card was for $200. My bill, as usual was around $100. The server took a picture of the card, which was not normal. When I asked why, he proceeded to tell me he needed it for processing. One week later my family and I returned to our normal store in Salem, Oregon where I tried to use the gift card. It had been emptied. When I called the store, Ronda the manger, explained to me she would investigate. It has now been a month and after a phone call today with Ronda, I have decided to alert others of this problem. Still no answer and had I not called, this would have gone unresolved. The gift card theft is extremely concerning as well the lack of action. My family has not been back to a Buffalo Wild Wings since the issue. Had the gift card balance been refunded or even given a $100 worth of food, I would not be writing this. It is sad for me to think that a weekly customer like myself would be treated in this manner. I would not recommend using any other form of payment but cash at this store. My financial payment information was not kept private or secure. Theft is not taken seriously and people should be cautioned.

We have been going here for about 2 years now once a month or less. There were a few mix ups at first, but within the last 6 months takeout service has been exceptionally bad. Weve tried the online ordering but 3 times we showed up and there was no order placed. Ive called every time since then and all but once Ive been put on hold then forgot about. When I ordered today I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. It rang for 6 minutes before someone picked up and put me on hold again to wait another 5. My girlfriend went to pick it up a half hour later (they told me 15-20 min but theyre usually longer) and was asked to wait because it wasnt done yet. She waited another 20 minutes before going up to the counter to find that the girl had overlooked our order and it was sitting literally right in front of her. So we got cold wings an hour and a half after the 1st time I tried to order....awesome place right?

First time visiting a BWW and cant say its anything other than mediocre at best. The sampler plate at $14 is way overpriced with the nachos on it being about 8 chips and only three of those having a cold topping. Got burgers immediately (2 minutes) after receiving sampler plate - so they had time to go cold while eating the appetizer. One burger tasted good, one was fairly hum ho, the other was dry, thin and tasted of freezer burn. Fries come out cold and tasteless. Probably a decent place for wings with the many sauces and beers ($6 a 16oz glass!) to watch a game - but definitely not for grabbing decent food with the family. When you want to charge $10.99 for a burger have the decency to make them juicy and fresh, And do better than Taco Bell on your nachos. Sorry, first impressions count the most BWW, and after this one I wont be back.

The staff has always been extremely attentive and positive when I dine-in here. The wings are pricey for how many you get but overall theyre satisfying. If your wings come drier than youd like you can ask for them to get re-spun in the sauce which Ive only had to do once. The happy hour is a decent mark down and there seem to be screens covering every inch of the wall for full coverage of almost every game currently on. Ive had constant trouble getting a to-go order correct when dining-out. Never once have I had a correct order for to-go. It wasnt bad food just the wrong order. So if you decide on wings I recommend dining-in.

Worst BWW Ever! Went here last week, to have some drinks & wings. One of my worst dining experiences ever. The wings were So small, they literally looked like they came off a pigeon. The drinks barely had any alcohol in them. Ive been to B- Dubs on both sides of the country, & at every other location, the Buffalo Zoos (one of their signature drinks) are always spot on. Not at this one. Drink didnt taste right, nor like it had any alcohol in it, & this is a drink with like five different liquors in it. Dont know his name, but the bar tender with the beard cant mix drinks worth crap.

Very disappointing!!! Will not be returning . We were seated quickly near the bar. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and watch the bartender make it . She kept fidgeting with her hair and proceeding to make my drink, touching everything starting with the ice. Our food was out within 2 minutes of ordering . Bravo!! unfortunately one if the waitresses nails stabbed my fries and I refuse to eat or drink anything . Management really needs to train staff about proper food and drink handling .

I loved the food and the service was fast! However, I got a broken piece of a chicken bone briefly stuck down my throat causing a gag reflex, as I ran to the nearest trash can I couldnt help but vomit, instead of the manager asking if I was okay she proceeded to tell me I wasnt allowed back here, and to "Leave Now" as I was helplessly vomiting into a trash can. Overall, great food, dont let one bad egg spoil your fun here! :)
