Amazing oriental fusion restaurant. The price is great, the portions are huge, have not found anything on the menu that I dont like. I have been gong there since they had opened and it has really come a long way. The owners, Joey and Bonnie are some of the sweetest people I have had the pleasure to meet and the bartender, Lena, knows her stuff. I would totally recommend this restaurant to any oriental food fans. There is no other fresher restaurant in town.

So the first night we went there it was good food I had the teriyaki chicken on white rice. It was delicious but service could have been a bit better. Come back about 11 months later and woah! Excellent service, friendly, nice, same server, the best food ever! I ordered the same thing and if possible it was better the first time. Im allergic to large amounts of garlic and they really helped me out by telling me the ingredients! Highly recommend this place!!

Simms is my favorite restaurant so me and my man Aaron eat there alot he always gets the beef yakisoba noodles spice level #2 & I always get the garlic beef & broccoli with sticky rice, spice level: 2. Both dishes are amazing makes my mouth water just thinking about it the meat is always tender and the flavors so unique. Also the staff is so good to you. Thank you simms

We are Scappoose locals and really fond of Simms. All the curry dishes are my favorites (e.g. the one with shrimp and avocado). My husband samples a more wide range, and is always happy. The owners are super sweet. Interior could be much more intimate (comfortable)--my only complaint. But the service and good food easily outweigh that.

Terrible service. I had to grab my own menu, and we had go up to the front and order our food since the waitress was preoccupied with her phone or whatever. The place was empty and we were left to fend for ourselves. I thought wed have to cook our own food and I kind of wish we did. The food made Panda Express seem like fine dining.

Nope nope nope. Terrible service, horrible food. "Fusion" of over-americanized asian foods. Like the way we treat all fissionable waste, this place should be locked in concrete and buried beneath the sands of a desert to be forgotten for the next thousand years.

Best pho around, best coconut rum drinks! Best food! Great fast service every time I come here. I have had trouble with hours, (they close for a few hours mid day) So I just check the time before I go.

Really bad experience at this place!! Waited for ever to get my food and when they brought it. I did not like it at all bad flavor in the chicken and they didnt put any veggies with my food so sad...
