I love McMenamins and we went to this one during a busy happy hour so I wont be too harsh. But probably wont be back to this one. First, while it says pet friendly and there is seating outside for your pet, they didnt provide a water dish like every other location. Small annoyance but an issue for me. Next our waiter was apparently Bob. We never met Bob. Another (very nice) person got our drink orders. And we did take a while to decide on food. However once our drinks were brought we were no helped. After 45 minutes, another waitress came out to help a new table outside, we stopped her, asking if we could order food. She was really great, took our order and then checked on the other forgotten table outside. That being said. We ordered two things, and only ever got one. Our beers were good (love the Copper Moon) and our tots were some of the best Ive had at McMenamins. And it was a nicer wait than the stopped traffic. I did not see the inside so I cant comment in that.

I have been there before, so it was with some trepidation that companion and I darkened their doors this past Saturday afternoon. We were starving. They are notoriously s l o w ... but this day was different. It was as if we were catapulted into the twilight zone. Sat there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever of our presence. I finally spotted some menus and went and got them myself. I intersected with a server while doing this, but still no "hi, hello, how are ya, ill be right with you," or even "drop dead" of any sort. Zombies, as another reviewer said, sums it up. I honestly dont think they would have minded if I had taken the order myself and perhaps cooked it, too. Did not stick around for the food - which is actually usually dependably good. Blew that popsicle stand and enjoyed quick, friendly, hearty food faire at the Arbys down the street.

I love McMenamins Pub/Properties. While I love their larger complexes best I actually visit 205 often. The location is great for my lifestyle. Even though it is in a strip mall it doesnt feel like it once one steps inside. When Im coming and going from the Columbia River Gorge for outdoor adventures I often stop here. It is a quick easy on/off the freeway. I also meet up with family and friends here since it is just an easy place to get to. The food is always dependable, there is always great McMenamins beer on tap and there is rarely a wait. They have sidewalk seating, but not a good choice in Summer or with a pup. Most of the seats are in full sun next to class windows.

Went on a friday night. The place was busy but not packed. I grabbed a seat at the bar since I was alone. Odered a Hammerhead Ale. It was very good. The service was very good. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I ordered a neon burger which arrived slightly undercooked, but not so bad that I would send it back. It tasted very good but the meat patty was very thin. I had a paltry serving of fries on the side. They were good but I could have eaten twice as many and I only weigh 150lbs. Also ordered a Terminator with the food it was also a very tasty beer. Overall - Great service, great beer, and good food.

I usually am a big fan of all McMenamins! But a little over a week ago went there for lunch! Ordered the fish and chips, at 13.95 expected good food. But I have to say it was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Had to scrape off the breading because the under side of it was gooey !!! yuck After doing this there was little fish for eating! Youd think the waiter would have asked how were things after picking up our plates and seeing a pile of breading! Never having that again not sure Id even return to that restaurant.

The worst service. I got poisoned today. I ordered a gluten free bun, server wanted to show off how great her memory is by not writing anything down. They acted like they were being so generous not charging for the food that poisoned me that I cant eat anyways. Had to rush home and take pills and pray that the effects of this dont send my body into early labor because I am also 9 months pregnant. The way it was handled was so disappointing. I could not recommend anyone going here and hoping to eat safely.

The service was very off-hand. There was only 7 other customers, but took almost 50 min to get our food (4 adults and a basket of tater tots...that was supposed to be an appatatizer but came with the meal). We were about to leave when our food finally came. Our grandson spilled his dads water, when dad asked the waitress for a new water, she brough a 1/4 filled pitcher of ice-less water, forcing him to pull the dirty napkins from his glass so he could get a drink. Food was ok, but we wont be back

Really convenient location although the service is a little slow. I had time so I didnt mind and my kid likes going too. Really decent food and great beer. The atmosphere is so so as it is just a strip mall location and not a cool building like they usually do but the convenience of the location is nice, especially in an area where the choices are not too great. They do at least have a couple tvs for sports viewing. Happy hour has the best value for sure!

First time at this McMenamins as I live on the west side. It is without a doubt the best quality food and service in the franchise. Jim would be an amazing server at any restaurant but for a McM hes astounding, seriously you should make him a trainer or something. He exudes casual/friendly/efficiency. Food was hot fresh and abundant. I will absolutely be back to this location the next time Im out here. Great Job!

McMenamin, you need to bring the T N T back to the menu. This is our date night spot where can enjoy the quietness of a bar, good microbrews and good food. The service is always good here. I cant think of a time when we were mistreated like other claimed. The items on the dinner menu are usually $10 and above. If you want to stretch that dollar, come after 10 P.M., they have the best happy hour menu.

Ive visited probably 10-15 times in the last year and a half. Always the slowest and rudest service. I feel like every time i go the service somehow gets worse. Dont come if youre not planning on staying a while. Youll be spending at least an hour here, takes forever for your order to come out and once your food is here itll be another 20-30 minutes before they come around to give you your check again.

The food was decent and the beers were good, but the service was terrible! The girl that was serving us was so rude, she made us feel so unwelcome. She took forever to take our orders, even had the bar back guy doing it for her. And the place was dirty! They clearly didnt wipe down the bar, as it was sticky and had trash on it. Also their menus had old food residue on them. We had an awful experience!!
