The burger and fries were fine (even if slightly overpriced) but the service was terrible. The cashier seemed to not understand how to take a standard kids meal order despite it being on the regular menu. This confusion caused the meal to be short by a couple items which then required me to track someone down after the order was dropped off. It was frustrating when I could tell the cashier wasnt listening to me after they asked if I was ready to order. I was the only one in line too so its not a matter of distractions. Additionally, I dont understand their process for making and delivering milkshakes. How was I supposed to know that it wasnt going to be delivered with my meal and that I had to go ask for it to be made after I placed my order with the cashier. The cashier gave no instructions and there was no signage about this. Since it took me a while to figure this out, the milkshake was soft and already melting by the time I got it. I dont forget this the next time Im tempted to eat at any Burgerville.

My last post wasnt finished... THEN when I made a suggestion at the window, Vanessa decided to argue with me. Granted I definitely express my thoughts freely and was by no means happy by then, but THIS is when to kick on the customer service charm. Did she? No. Super rude... I got my money back. Now the older lady with the glasses, no matter how hot or hungry I am she always smiles and I appreciate it. Neither Vanessa or the manager Chris smiled. Pretty stupid simple, but actually interacting with people seems to be the hardest job any of these thoughtless people have. Just another reason to not eat fast food. WORST EXPERIENCE THERE EVER! Now to email the company.... then my rant will be over,

visited recently after a friend recommended the fish and chips. Shes a great friend, but I dont think I will take her culinary advice in the future. Fish was basically a fish McNugget rather than an actual filet that had been battered. French fries were mediocre and served in a fairly small portion. The tartar sauce was okay, but basically just Mayo. Not terrible, but I guess about what youd expect from fast food quality fish and chips. And priced a little higher than reasonable given the quality as compared to restaurant fish and chips.

This place is a step above fast food for about the same price. Its like a fancy McDonalds with better food. I had a burger and it tasted great, but it was pretty thin. I guess thats normal now days though. The service we received was more than fantastic but the food was just alright. They have great shakes though and if you are in need of food at a very reasonable cost, I would say that this is the place, I would come back for more.

Pretty rude and gross but the onion rings were awesome. Coffee was lame and it ran out. Decaf was worse. Some rude workers, some cool. Floor was extremely unswept and awful, as workers were just lounging around. Raspberry shake tasted sour rotten and old. Salmon salad was awful. Traffic hazard to pull in as lane was to narrowly curved in front, but since the onion rings were good Ill give them 2 stars instead of 1

Excellent, tasty burgers, fresh french fries and thick smooth shakes. What else could you ask for? Honest employees.... I unknowingly dropped a large amount of cash that I didnt know was missing for an hour after we left. When I discovered my loss, I called and they said "YES! we have your money - come and get it!" We were ecstatic! Thank you Burgerville!

This is our favorite restaurant since coming to Oregon. We love their commitment to the environment and the child toys are seeds, which are better that the other restaurants plastic toys that dont get much play time after the first hour or so. The milkshakes are amazing. We always stop here if it is near food time while we are passing through Newberg.

My mom took my little 3 year old girl for a late lunch there today and after she wanted a pink balloon. They didnt have pink. So a sweet young man employee made pink. He took a red balloon and put it inside a white one! Just for my little girl. Of course the food is great but the service there is wonderful. They couldnt be sweeter. Thank you!

As always excellent service from the drive through window young woman and fantastic yummy food! The employee even made suggestions on combining my gkids food requests to create a few full meals which ended up saving us money. Plus everyone ended up getting what they wanted and were happy as could be. Love Newberg Burger King!

Cheap, not inexpensive, burger joint. The patties reminded me of White Castle, the price though was not reminiscent of WC. Facilities were clean service was acceptable, I guess I just expected more for the money I paid. So if you are in the mood to pay more for less than Burgerville is where you want to go!: (

I love their Bean Burger. Im not even vegetarian but I crave it always. Also they have the best shakes and onion rings. Their waffle fries are pretty good too. You can just tell that their food is high quality and hand crafted by the taste. Although it is pricier than other fast food places.

Burgerville is always a good choice when it comes to fast food options. Seasonal and local options explain the slightly higher price from other fast food joints, and it is well worth it! The Tillamook cheese makes their burgers *that* much better and the service is always friendly.

They are the rudest employees...just walked up with my family and went to open the door and the employee just looked at us and locked the door. Really couldnt open the door and twll us your closed instead you turn the lock and walk away. Not good at all. Wont be going back

From the Walla Walla onion rings to the Marrionberry milkshakes this place has the best of everything. The burgers are adorned with their delicious secret sauce and the French fries are crispy and golden.... Just wish they still had the barrel of fries on the menu.

Its the same as every Burgerville I go to. The shakes are always delicious and the burger and fries are normally pretty good. It just seems like I should get a bit more when spending about twenty five dollars there for two people

Our entire family loves Burgerville so we go every chance we get. Not the least expensive option but by far the best burger place in the region. Locally sourced food makes it extra special for us. Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken sandwich in drive through, the chicken was hard and stale. Asked for ranch but never got any. Didnt even get any napkins. Way too overpriced for the food and service they offer. Wouldnt recommend

Pepper Bacon and Tillamook cheese on a burger - WOW! Add a fresh raspberry lemonade and a fresh raspberry shake and youve got a most wonderful lunch.
