Worst experience ive ever had. Only got a chicken burger fries and a drink, Drink had no syrup, fries were cold, burger was stuck to box with ranch everywhere and multiple hairs in it, its like they personally tried to make it the worst. I tried calling them, they asked for the 14 digit code on the receipt, not only was the code invalid, it was only 12 digits... so we couldnt even file a damn complaint. Had to make something at home and throw away the jack in the box food.

Today, for about the 30th time this year, the employees at this Jack in the Boxs drivethrough managed to get my order completely wrong. If it had happened once or twice, I would have still considered a 3 or 4 star review, but it has now happened to me so many times, even after Ive submitted comments on their feedback system, that I feel they must just not care about giving their customers what they order. The food at least is of average quality for a Jack in the Box.

As far as Jack in the box goes this is not by any means my favorite one. The parking lot and drive through are kind of a pain to get in and out of and also very small. The drive through is slow compared to most also. The food is good and I have never had an issue with my order though and the staff is friendly enough. In all its not too bad its just not great by any means.

Came here today got nothing but horrible service. The lady at the desk slouches and doesnt care and just wants you to hurry up. Has no time. Proceeds to rush when I have only been here for ONE MINUTE. Then on top of that messes up my order OH AND ON TOP OF THAT I JUST WATCHED HER RUB HER EYES AND FACE THEN GRAB MY FOOD KILL ME PLZ Dont go here

I have been much worse Jack-in-the-Box is than this. Ive never had the mess up my order and theyre usually pretty patient. My kids are usually screaming and asking for things in the backseat because theyre one and two years old and the girl at the window usually smiles at them and says how cute they are. No complaints.

I went there the other day and was super impressed with the service I received from an employee. Went again yesterday and got him again. His name was Ivan. I think hes a manager. Hes quick efficient and incredibly friendly. I will surely come back. This store didnt always have good service. Maybe they changed mgmt?

Used the womens restroom and there was NO TOLET PAPER. Told the cashier and she acted like it was no big gym or it was out of her way to take care of something that should be taken care of right a way. Mrs. Mendoza

You stand a 50/50 chance of getting what you ordered. Lately they have frequently been out of multiple things on their menu which is very odd for a fast food place.
