We just had the most horrible experience at the Clackamas Red Robin, they made me feel like the scum of the earth, im still stunned, wow ! i cant belive that they would make a familly feel like that. We got there at 8:30 & waited for about a half an hour to get our table, we placed our orders & asked the waitress if she could get us some fries & soon after that the manager came to our table & started saying that he would only get us the fries if we pay for them, he said that we did not order enough food for everybody, we ordered 2 burgers & fries for me & my wife & a kids pizza meal for our girls, we ordered enough food, our girls are small, they dont eat a lot, my wife is on a diet & she gave half of her burger to one of our doughters, we started to complain & he said that he works there every sunday & he knows us, as to say that we go there every sunday & steall fries from them or something like that, we told him that he is mistaken, we only went there one more time this year, i could not even eat my burger, i asked for a to go box, i ate it home, it was soggy.. When we asked for our bill, the waitress said that it was on the house & i said were no thieves, we will pay for our food & we did. What a scum of a manager, i cant belive that he would do souch a thing, we will never go there again. The managers name is Brogan or Brogam, so if you go there on Sundays with your family, beware of the manager who in his imaginary mind knows exactly who you are & how much food you need to order, first he will insult you & then offer to pay for your food. WOW !!!

I hate complaining but this restaurant is absolutely horrible, If started when we entered the door at 9:30 on a Saturday night we were amazed it seemed really slow so we thought wow on a warmer then normal evening this is pretty cool we will be seated quickly, yea No that was not the case we were then made aware that it would be atleast 15 min although 60 percent of the tables were empty so ok we waited when we finally got seated 30 min later which would have even been longer but my wife said she would just hold our 10 month old baby instead of waiting even longer for a high chair, so we get seated ask for fries when we order drinks and the server tells us we no longer do that I say what you no longer sell fries?? Kinda weird right so then he says again yea we do not serve them before food anylonger and I am like dude I am ordering a side of fries as an appetizer why can I not do that? Finally he let me order fries " still do not understand that" but whatever, and then we order our food literally 45 min later it comes out, I will never go back whoever is running this restaurant should not be in the restaurant business, horrible horrible horrible

As with most places. Food is good but the service sucks. You know.. If Im going to a sit down restaurant I have a reasonable expectation that its not just for the food but the dining experience. I understand if its busy its difficult to stay in top of each guest. Several times Ive been here (before lunch rush) its always the same. Take your order, dissappear, bring drinks, dissappear, bring food, dissappear, never refill the drinks until the end and then when its time to pay the server just hovers over the table clearing plates and trying to act like they are doing a good job when they were mia for most of the meal. On top of that it seems like its "every man /woman for themselves" as far as staff of concerned. Ive been to another Red Robin in Puyallup where the staff worked together like a well oiled machine and I felt like my family and I were the only ones there and the place was packed. This one can learn from that one but Im sure it comes back to the owner/management. Ill still go but it will be few and far between. If the service still lacks Ill most likely just give up. I can get a burger anywhere.

Disgustingly filthy, All tables were dirty when we arrived. Stuff all over the floors. No toilet paper in the bathroom. We sat at a window in the bar, blinds were open only to highlight the dust and grime all over them. Salad arrived with chicken, avocado, etc. Something tasted really off, couldnt pinpoint it but that night my stomach was definitely not happy. To top it off, they have a table tablet with the menu and ability to check out on your own without waiting for the waitress to bring the check. I asked the waitress for a bit of help with it. Got to the tip portion of the bill and SHE tapped 20%. I had no intention of giving her 20% after such an awful experience. Asked to talk to the manager. A youngish incompetent woman arrived at the table and offered us NOTHING. I didnt want anything and wouldnt have taken it but she DIDNT EVEN OFFER. NEVER AGAIN RED ROBIN. NOT AT ANY LOCATION. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

The food and service is better @ the red Robin location @ Clackamas town center building. Been there twice this week. They dont ask for a tip on the slip, however we tipped cash on the table upon leaving. The fries kept coming both times we ate here this week. Even during the dinner rush the staff has been polite and professional. The wait period has been extremely short which is uncomfortable generally at Red Robin. The menu is a little small however the quality of the burgers and fries is better here @ the Clackamas town center parking lot location right next to the duck store. Manger is clearly written on the entrance door as Juan Magana. The service far exceeds the service across the street @ the other location, where I have found the staff over there slow, greedy to be tipped and rude.

Had horrible time at RED ROBIN for my b-day! I did have to complain about my burger cause it was so plain & didnt like the sauce & the bun had weird taste to it..got replacement & burger was all burnt & red on outside! I asked for side of mac & cheese since I seen my friends she ordered cause looked so good & when I got mine..turned out very watery..server was lauging alot & made us wait longer then we asked to take our order.. over all customer service & food wasnt very good or enjoyable at all ! ! Ive been to Red Robin in Albany & the food was so amazing & manager was so polite, he came up to me to make sure I was happy with my meal & of which I really enjoyed it & the servers were all very nice !! I was pretty impressed how polite and respectful everyone was...

I love this place. They still have the best burgers. I just got back from receiving my FREE birthday burger ( a perk for being a Royalty member, which is also free). Of course, I got the usual mushroom burger, with a side of ranch and blue cheese. What made this occasion particularly favorable, is that even though it was super busy, I came in...showed my identify and within a few minutes was out the door. They were polite and fast, and the burger...well it spoke for itself (my box is empty). Ive been going to Red Robin since I was a kid, where every Friday when I got paid I would go across the parking lot and have that same mushroom burger. The great quality has never changed, nor has the excellent service. Thank you Red Robin!!! :)
