I visited this location twice since they opened, each time the employees do not seem happy to be there, or do not have a clear upstanding of what customer service is about. What I found most disturbing was how they treated a young African American man waiting to place his order. I watched as the Hispanic workers glanced at him - barely acknowledging his presences. No - Welcome to Jack in the Box. No - Ill be right with you. Just a contemptuous glance. Which by the way, was not lost on the young man. Needless to say I was totally disgusted by the blatant display of disrespect and changed my mind about giving this establishment any of my business. Its been my experience, this type of behavior comes from the top down. Boo and Thumbs Down!

I ask for two crispy chickens and 20 piece chicken nuggets i was looking at my receipt and it said 2 tacos 1 crispy chicken and the 20 piece nuggets i ask them politely to change it then they gave my nuggets and then i waited almost 15 minutes just for the order when they gave me just 1 crispy chicken i was like were is the food and then they didnt even give it to me, after this i left going home to barly any food and bad service.

The first time I came here the food was cold in the middle. Went there again at 12:45 and after waiting behind 2 vehicles ahead of me was told they couldnt take my order because they were too busy and still had to clean. Seems like customer service is getting worse over the years. Will never go there again.

Good service, clean and as always the food is delicious. I try not to eat fast food too much but for whatever reason I absolutely love j box and this location definitely exceeds my standards for a good establishment. Nice job yall!

Excellent quality fast food, but almost no parking. The nearby coffee shop drive through often blocks the few parking spaces available. Plan on using the drive through to avoid the lack of congested parking in this location.
