YOUR MANAGER ELLIE or however you spell her name should be reconsidered. I came through the drive thru in august. My order was messed up. I asked for no sauce on my tostadas and they were covered in it. I noticed when I had already gotten home. I threw them away and called in. I was told my name would be put in a book and that the next time I came in order was on them to replace what had been messed up. I came through tonight and let them know my name was in the book. The manager on duty ELLIE from the start was rude. She told me she didnt see my name. I asked her to check again and she came back and said their books dont go back that far.... like what?! What do you mean they dont go back that far!? She said they only honor a messed up order 1 or 2 weeks... Ive NEVER heard such a thing. And why a range? Why not just a solid answer?! I dont come to taco bell often. But you better believe I will be writing corporate about this. Her attitude was rude, belittling, unprofessional and disgusting.

How does one review a Taco Bell? This is usually good for a quick dinner when its too late to cook and you have no other choices. Theres usually a long line, but the foods cheap and they usually get the orders correct at this location. If youve never been to a Taco Bell and are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, you wont find it here. Its Americanized and bland.

We purchased 2 triple crunch wrap boxes and I think they may have ran out of meat when they made the one with beef. There was less meat than a regular crunch wrap and the tacos had maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on them. Terrible experience. Next time Ill drive to the Burnside location in East Gresham better service abd normal portions

I went to one on glisan today, only one person in front of me in line. Ordered 3 different items. It took more than 15 minutes to get my to go order. Other customer behind me was complaining. When we got home to eat. One power bowl had no beans the other one had no guacamole sauce or steak. Such a rip off.

Waited Like 15 minutes for 2 cravings deals there was only one other person behind us. When we got our food most of it has a clear liquid all over our food making it soggy it honestly tasted like dish soap. My stomach has hurt ever since I ate there

Slower that slow, Staff is totally unaware that they are at work and people are eating the food they are preparing. Making my food is not a joke and i do not like sitting in line for 30 minutes with only 3 cars in the drive thru.

This Taco Bell CONSTANTLY serves me soda that doesnt have enough syrup in it. Either the staff is not trained on how to change syrup boxes or their location isnt receiving refill boxes from their corporate office.
