I like this place. Always friendly customer service, they actually ask if I want any veggies on the sandwich which I was never asked in any other Quiznos before. people are looking to go an extra mile for you. food is good, in spite of overall Quiznos menu and amount of food per order changed to the negative side. I dont rate Quiznos in general, only this particular one. There is one on Lancaster that I had a negative experience before, in spite I used to eat there more often, as it was closer to my work... but doesnt exist for me anymore... I didnt like Quiznos on Lancaster because of bad service as well as sour soups (spoiled), cold soups, soups inside and outside of the cups and bowls (Im ok with soup being inside of the cup, but outside is not ok), messy sandwiches, super burned sandwiches instead of toasted, not friendly people, and more... Ive experienced it all in this place... but one day they had a special of the day: it was combo - all listed above at once. dont want to repeat it anymore... Quiznos in Keiser is opposite of this - always had good experience with them. Its twice farther from my work, but now I only drive to this place for launch when I feel like quiznos :)

I am glad one survived the quiznos corporate expansion idiocy. This one has tasty subs, but I have not had one here in a couple of years and when I go for a sub in a couple days I sure hope they are not doing the "shrunken sub" thing that happened at both Salem Lancaster stores (prob why both are now gone). When I started my Quiznos love affair in Phoenix Arizona they made LG subs that King Kong couldnt finish even if he had just fought Mothra for a week straight. My how things changed. The last few chances I gave quiznos had failed miserably, with large subs that were LITERALLY half or less the size of the toasty gems I had grown to love. I could eaasily eat a full one and still be hungry. I even took a photo of the ripoff and sent it to Quiznos corporate but nobody cared. Then a year or two later around 80% of the locations went periscope down so I had no surprise. Anyway, I am now willing to give the Q another try with my hard earned money, I just hope they are back to what made them so great...

This Quiznos may not be in the best part of town (its location next to a liquor store frequented by some interesting folks may not be ideal), but it is a great Quiznos. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is done right. If youve never been to a Quiznos before, they make sandwiches that are all toasted in an oven, so you get fresh meats and with delicious cheeses melted over them. You can add toppings, but most sandwiches come with a set of toppings which come on them - perfect if you have trouble making decisions.

They have the best sandwiches in Salem. Its a shame they do not advertise better. Most people just dont know about them or they think you have to order the sandwich exactly how it is on the menu, which is not true. The meat and veggies are always fresh.Way better than Subway and about the same price. Workers are always very friendly.

Quiznos, while slightly more expensive than subway, had the best tasting subs out of any sub shop around. Eat here, you wont regret it.
