My cashier Molli was rather rude to me. Each question and request was returned with a curt reply. Talking to her made me think she was incapable of smiling or even of the most common customer service practices. All the while I heard the employee adjacent to her greeting my friends with a cheery smile and ready-to-help attitude. My overall dining experience was severely dampened by the incident; what was supposed to be a cheerful reprise to my burdensome day abruptly spiraled into a a grim scene of hatred projected by a disgruntled cog in the machine of capitalism. Word after word, syllable after syllable I was made aware of my own insecurities and despondency as her hollow words plunged into the deepest recesses of my very existence. Why me? Does she treat me this way because of who I am? Because of what Ive become? Because of the same image that everyone must see as their unfortunate eyes cast a look of unaffected disgust on me? Why else would she have treated me with such disregard for human emotion? Without the slightest trace of sympathy.... Also there was a weird thing in my salad.

This place is more of a treat due to its pricing. However, I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and is prepared promptly. The employees are happy to help you with any questions. I suggest looking at their menu online ahead of time as it has much better descriptions. The most recent time I went, I used the rapid pickup online ordering so that I could customize my food (extra lettuce, no tomato, etc.) In a much faster, simpler way than telling the order taker all the customizations (there were four of us ordering and most has some changes for their food.

I have been to the Keizer station Panera a handful of times. The first time was a hoax. Everything was amazing! The last 2 times were horrible! Got the smoked turkey and tomato soap both times. And both times asked for no onion and no butter when asked. Got both anyways. Then when i said something about it they basically told me i am lying and just wanted free food. My bf also had hair in his salad. Got half way done and saw it. Took it to the manager and the manager asked where he got the hair. Seriously?! A black hair? Both of us have brown. Will not be going back!

It was a nice addition to Salems fast food options when Panera came to Keizer Station. The cashiers are bright and eager to please and the menu has something for everyone. I personally love the Italian Combo sandwich with a cup of turkey chili, when available. Unlike the south Salem store, the dining room is large, bright and airy. The wifi is free and will last a whole trip, unlike some rivals who limit your time using it.

Way overrated! Do not order online for quick pickup. It wasnt even prepared! They tried telling me I ordered from the wrong store. That was quickly dismissed when I showed my order confirmation email on my phone. Dont blame me for your incompetence Mr. Manager. Honestly, the food was mediocre at best. I dont understand the hype. Maybe its a fad at the moment. Ill pass, thanks. Too crowded and too trendy.

Horrible! So freaking horrible! Went there tried to order a bread bowl, didnt have that.. didnt even have bread for a panini.! Only sliced bread! Literally had nothing for bread. And once at the window tried to talk to the manager only to be treated like dog turd! Horrible customer service! They dont even deserve one star!!! Like seriously its called Panera bread for a reason lol not sliced Panera bread!

Customer service usually is mediocre and not very speedy. We were introduced to Panera Bread when we visited the east coast a few years back and were really impressed. It is unfortunate for us that this place is not nearly as good. They have finally gotten somewhat better overall but you may not want any of the food they have they have setting in the cases as it is not fresh. Almost disgusting.

I am not fond of the chain, but they do provide something different and generally healthy. You order at the counter, and they give you a beeper to let you know when your order is up to be picked up at the counter. For the prices, Id rather be waited on, or at least have a qyieter environment, but as a once in a great while change, its fine. Just not the place Id choose to go on myown.

Portions small, very little meat on the sandwiches... hardly lives up to the premium food we expected. Husband got a full sandwich and I got a half sandwich and salad. This restaurant is very stingy on the stuff that counts, not sure how the other locations stack up but Panera just dropped off our restaurant radar.

Ordered a large bowl of chicken soup. The bowl was large, no problem. Serving was small. Soup was lukewarm. They were out of just about all the type of bread they use for the sanwiches and paninis. Stingy on servings and spendy. No going back. Place was not clean. Dirty tables and food scraps under tables.

I ordered a half Cobb salad. Based on the bowl they showed me I was shocked when I got my food and saw an extremely small portion for $7. And this wasnt the first time I have experienced small portions. Dont go, not worth your money!!!

Took this exit just so i can get a bread bowl soup, and as i order it im being told they are out of bread :/!?!?!?! A place that makes specializes in bread is out of bread!!! Really disappointed! !!!

Nice, quiet location with good 18 pack of bagels for only 13 or 14 dollars. Its such a great price! However, their sandwiches arent the best bargain, so I stick with the pastries and bagels.

Love the app for rapid pickup, the drive through can feel a little long if you are expecting to get in and out quick. But ordering ahead of time is better anyway.
