My husband and I tried this place once and that was enough. Giving it one star because I cant give them less. We both ordered a sandwich and when it arrived, it was wrong. We sent it back twice and it still came back wrong. The third time we got it back, the guy had thrown the missing ingredients ON TOP OF the sandwich. And the server said he had made a nasty remark to her about us. We then walked up to the guy to ask him why he couldnt get this simple sandwich correct and whats with the attitude and he just ignored us. Wouldnt even make eye contact. We complained to the manager on duty and she was very apologetic but considering how mouse-y she was about it, it seems she was intimidated by him. We told her that we own a restaurant and if one of our employees had treated one of our customers like that, we would have hauled him off the line, cut him a check and kicked him out the door. We told her that if he has that much disdain for her customers, whats to keep him from spitting on the food...if he hasnt done so already. We havent been back and never will.

Very bad experience in this store... I ordered $27 worth of dinner that includes 3 soups. The staff forgot French baguettes. The main reason my daughter likes Panera is tomato soup with french baguette. It was already past dinner time for my little daughter. When I called the manager about the baguette, he wanted me to come over to the store to issue the refund or he could write down for future refund. He did not tell me the amount. So I went to the store and I was surprised that he issued me $2.25 refund, and mentioned each baguette would cost $0.75. I was offended by that, as this amount could have been refunded over the phone, as I need not drive all the way for $2.25. I came back home, grabbed & returned the food that I purchased...worst experience for a Saturday night dinner, never experienced like this in any restaurant throughout. I wrote a complaint in Panera as well about the staffs customer service. If you love Panera, steer away from this store.

I paid for 5 peoples food but only 2 of us got our food, the cashier was un professional doesnt know what he is doing, after I spoke to 2nd cashier asking if we ever going to get our food she went got the manager, but the manager was the same as the first cashier, I told her I dont want my money back I just want the food my kids are waiting for their food but she came back with my money and told me your food will be ready soon so we waited 15 mins and asked the cashier he said its almost, so we waited 15 more minutes and left without getting our food. we have been coming to this place since they open but this is most likely will be our last trip to Panera. even they lady was seating next to our table said they have really bad customer service.

Panera Bread is such a distinct eatery that differs from almost all other mid-service places. The food is excellent and for the price, almost a no-brainer. When you consider how much a 12inch sub is at Subway (along with chips and a drink), Panera Bread should be your first choice, every time. Some locations have a drive-thru which makes this easier, but this location does not. The inside is very clean and a great place to bring a tablet or laptop to do some work on your lunch (it has free WiFi).

I usually love panera, but this one has unfortunately missed the mark the last few times Ive been there. The people working the register have been distracted and look disinterested, our online rapid pickup order was ready 20 minutes late, and our to-go sandwiches have been wrapped in such a way that they were smashed and when opened fell apart. I usually love panera, but Ill be finding a different location from now on.

I ordered a to go half salad and ended up waiting 20 minutes because it was just sitting on the counter because they had made it for there and I guess didnt notice.. Then since it took way longer than expected I couldnt even eat lunch had to rush off to work. When I finally got to eat the food later I realized they hadnt even given me the right salad.

6th time in a row my rapid order was not ready..today 10 minutes after promised time had to wait in line for 5 and food still wasnt ready. The concept of rapid pick up is lost on me when I have to wait 15 minutes for cold food. And every time you say a manager will call and aplogize and say it wont happen again...6 times in a row

One of my go to places for a quiet place to work that has good food and friendly staff. Theres plenty of seating with wall outlets and wifi. Be aware that it gets busy during lunch hours and from 11 to 2 wifi is limited to 30 minute sessions. The parking lot can get congested during lunch.

Large location with lots of lunch and tasty muffin/cookie/pastry options! I support Panera as a company, they bake almost everything on site and donate their leftover food to homeless and less fortunate. However some of their lunch/meal menu items are uninspiring and could use some work

Have never had a bad meal there. The soups are really comfort food and delicious too. The sandwiches are wonderful and the bread is so great to take home. Since I don;t go there often the menu is a little confusing to me but the staff is always very helpful. Service is fast.

Decent lunch options, but they have a very confusing ordering system. They call your name for part of your order, set off a pager for another part, and deliver some directly to your table. Its always very crowded, so finding a table and getting your food is a pain.

Staff is uninviting and abrupt. Take your order, take your money, give your receipt and wave you on as if you are to know what to do next. Stopped using buzzers??? To pricey for soup and half sandwich or salad, chips. No soda included. I only go here in a pinch.

I love the staff here. For a while I was a regular and they knew my name and asked how I was, I felt at home. Super fast and super friendly. The food was always top notch and one time my order was incomplete and they bent over backwards to make it right.

Love the setup here, little nooks to hide in, some comfortable chairs in the corner, some seats close to fireplace for forever freezing people like me. Simply nice. Got my favorite Mediterranean veggie sandwich, bread was so so nice and fresh!

French onion soup was wonderful and I would return for just that. The sandwich was not bad. I would call it OK. I had a small soup and 1/2 off a sandwich with just tap water and my bill was just a bit over $18.00 dollars. So not cool.

Ive never much cared for this what I consider plastic wannabe food. It LOOKS like food, but just never tastes all that good, seemes to me. Usually good service, nice smiles, cleanish place, good atmosphere. But the food? So, So.

The most allergy friendly place. You say the word allergy and they fetch the manager who ensures the food is made right. One extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. Will drive extra to eat here.
